I can't believe I can't get a good old cream filled donut. Little round donuts with a little glaze and a little cream inside. I'm not impressed! Please don't mess with the chocolate covered cream filled.

First thing in the morning their's NOT A THING like their fresh cooked donuts. It's very addictive.

Drove 30 minutes after pre-ordering chocolate glazed donuts....this is not a chocolate glazed donut. This is a chocolate covered glazed donut.. Love KK...very disappointed I didn't get what I ordered...but these are good as well.

Great tasty doughnuts but definitely overpriced 6 glazed and 6 chocolate glazed shouldn't cost almost $17.00 that's ridiculously to expensive maybe $8.00-$9.00 would be more realistic

Normally, this place is great. But tonight, service was HORRIBLE! We repeated our order several times, but all of the coworkers were screaming in the background. I ordered ORIGINAL Kreme filled. 8:45 on a Saturday night and they don't have any!! What!!! How does that happen? My friends both order cold/frozen coffees. When they finally bring them to the window, we are informed that they JUST ran out of whipped cream.....my other friends' coffee was only about 3/4 full, so she asked them to fill it up completely. They closed the window and started talking about us... One girl is doing most all of the work, while cleaning crew and others are piled around the drive thru. There customer service attitudes are awful and they really need to pull it together. I understand everyone is short staffed,but if you have a job, please don't come in miserable and make customers miserable as well!

Their doughnuts and coffee rivals Dunkin which is my favorite.

I’ve not had a good experience yet with this location. Twice they were out of the specialty donuts, once during the week and once on a Friday. The most recent visit they had the inside locked and it was before 6pm. It was drive through only. Terrible

My first visit and I had a great experience. Nice people who were patient with me because I couldnt make up my mind. So I just bought a lot. Lol!

First time here. Very disappointed. We got 1/2 dozen of chocolate custard and choc glazed. Every one of them was very hard, nothing fresh about them at all. The only reason I gave them the 2 star was they was friendly.

A free coffee and donut for our Veterans on Veteran's Day! I love their sugar coated hot, fresh donuts!
