Another Broken Egg Cafe

My wife ordered the banana bread french toast. It was cold. I ordered the eggs potatoes and chicken sausage. Was cold and the English muffin was so tough I couldn't bite through it. coffee was good. From the time we arrived till we got our food was about an hour and a half. It was our first time at this restaurant. We were so disappointed.

I kept hearing people rave about this place so I finally went and I honestly don't see what's so special about this place. I ordered the omelet, beignets, and shrimp n grits. All of them was subpar, and nothing to brag about. To each it's own, I guess.

Hey Lucy omelette was great. Service was good right. Coffee was just right and server kept it warm. The portions are large, go for breakfast and you can skip lunch.

Service is consistently slow at this location compared to their other locations. Be prepared to wait five to ten minutes before receiving water or being asked for your order. Also, this location seems to run out of ingredients and even coffee which hasn't happened at the downtown location. Otherwise the staff is professional and the food is good, on par with other locations. I'd give this site 3 stars, but 5 stars to their other locations.

**Let me say up front, you will almost certainly wait at least a few minutes to be seated, but IT IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. That's how it is when you are that good.
Their staff was caring and attentive throughout my visit, BONUS points, not that common any more. Alixis M was my waitress and was exceptional, better customer service than I can remember in years! On to the food...
Started with their pressed apple juice (as advertised) and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee... I'd go back just for the coffee, it was that good.
Pancake Trio Flight with 1 each of the Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese, Peach Cobbler, Mixed Berries. First one was dense and smooth and warming, second was sweet and nutty, third was sharp and fruity, AMAZING taste AND texture.
The eggs over medium were perfectly cooked, the bacon was thick and well done, and the extra sausage patty was spicy.
Overall, made my month, so many restaurants advertise an amazing breakfast but this is the first one I've eaten at that truly delivered. Wish I could make breakfast that good, kudos to all, I will be back!

Always great! Today’s brunch was served by friendly Caesar who was “Johnny on the spot” with the coffee, suggestions of beignets too.

We enjoyed Huevos Rancheros, Spinach Scramble, Blackstone Eggs Benedict and big breakfast - loved the extra avocado 🥑

Another Broken Egg is always clean, great service - if you visit on the weekends it is busy be prepared for a bit of a wait, but it’s so definitely worth it!

If you are looking for a GREAT breakfast or lunch, you have to visit Another Broken Egg Cafe in Madison, Jones Valley or Twickenham. We have eating at all three and just lover there food, service and atmosphere. Below are our favorites but really everything on the menu is great food. You owe it to yourself to try this restaurant out.

The wait wasn't bad. Only about 15-20 min. Our server, Karisa was very friendly. And the food was delicious.

The service was awesome and the food was really good. They have a very good selection and some really great cocktails. It was my first visit but I will definitely be going back.

The food was perfect. I was with a party of three and we all really enjoyed our food. The staff was really attentive and kind, too. The restaurant itself was clean (including the restroom). I had a mimosa (strawberry) and it was great. Honestly, though, the food was truly perfect. We got there early (around 8:00) and had no wait. I’ve been to other locations later in the day and dealt with a wait. So, I guess getting there at 8 was just a good time.
