Best bookstore ever. Friendly staff always asking if you need help. Store is very well organized. Easy to find what you are looking for. Love the café. You can go there get a coffee and cookie (Oatmeal & Raisin, by far the BEST) and sit down, relax and read a book.

Best book store ever they have everything I love to read and the prices are good

I came in for a book, knew exactly where the book was and also wanted to get a coffee. I was greeted with “we close in 5mins” I said ok, I would still like to order my coffee. I was told a second time “we close in 5mins” and was blankly stared at. I looked at the cashier and said, “ you close in 5mins, Which means the drink would be done in less than 1 min. Not only did she not serve me, once I walked away another customer came up and was waited on and was still getting their drink as I checked out and left the store with my book. I understand being the “last min” shopper but being rude with a customer service position is unacceptable!! Do better!

They have many books on just about any subject. You can choose a book that interests you and buy something to drink and eat at their coffee shop. Then sit in a comfortable chair and read the book and decide if you want to purchase the book. There is no pressure to buy anything and the employees are friendly and stand ready to help you. All you need to do is ask. If you like books, I recommend you check this place out.

Great service. Good vibe.

Roby Dorsett

Nice store friendly people. Much nicer than the bridge Street location. However, this location does not have as many options in the games area. I wish they had a bigger selection.

I am a book worm, what can I say, it is like a kid in a candy store. Love it

Sophie Hammond

Quite. Good atmosphere. Coffee shop. Educational books, children's books, manga, history, magazines, and merchandise.

Markus Jarvis

Overpriced and poor customer service. I browse, but don't purchase anything in store anymore.

Brenna Terry

Quiet and less activity than the Bridge St. location, so a perfect place to study or read. Employees are passionate about the business; Stephan is very helpful and knowledgeable and has been at this store as long as I can remember. Overall a clean and cozy store!
