Bagels & Brew

I ordered my food then they forgot about it. Simplest order too. Ordered some coffee next and it was horrible and not even filled to the top of the cup. All this while there was at least 5 staff members. Seems like they are workers with no training. Tables are not wiped off and floors are atrocious.

Good bagels, and lots of different flavors of cream cheese (jalapeño, plain, onion, salmon, and a couple different kinds of berries, too, if I remember correctly). Their bagel sandwiches are tasty, too, and the ingredients are fresh. Not a big coffee drinker, so I've not tried theirs, but they also have an assortment of bottled juices and other drinks. The staff has always been friendly as well.

Ordered a garlic bagel and coconut coffee. Both fresh and delicious. Will try breakfast sandwich next time. Friendly staff and the shop reminded me of the bagel shops in NJ.

Bagels are good, sandwiches are good, prices are good. They are not stingy with the cream cheese either, so if you don't like a ton of it on your bagel just ask for less and they will be more than happy to fulfill your request! I can't comment on the coffee as I don't drink it, but the selection of tea and juice is great. The desert bars in the drink fridge are freaking amazing, I buy one almost every time I'm in there.

Wait staff is always super friendly. The food is very well priced for quantity and quality. Selection of bagels a d lunch items is wonderful. All food tastes fresh and beverages are great. Drive thru availability allows for ease of use. I go here at least once a week.

After a long day at school, then best behavior while running errands, my niece & nephew not only needed a snack. But they deserved an awesome after school snack. And out of all the things I expected them to pick, I wasn't expecting bagels.
Thank you for the amazing service and being patient with 2 hungry kids accompanied by a tired auntie & grandma. The kiddos each picked something different and shared. They were extremely pleased with their selections. My Mom & I enjoyed ours as well.
Here's probably the best part of the whole visit. When we were leaving the kids were trying to figure out what would be more appropriate - Best Bagels in Fairbanks, in Alaska or in the World. They settled for Best Bagels in Fairbanks. There's still a whole World of Bagels to try.

Super over priced in my opinion $30 for two sandwiches is a lot.

I really wish I could give them more stars but I can’t. They certainly can Have delicious food, but it’s so incredibly inconsistent. In particular I like to order a salad wrap. Sometimes it’s well done. But last time I got it, they completely failed to put any dressing on it. This time it was so soaked in dressing I felt like I might as well have been drinking it.The issue is I order to go, for my lunch at work, so by the time I realize there’s something wrong, I’m already at work and don’t have time to go back. So I’m just stuck eating a dry wrap. There’s also other (less of a big deal) inconsistencies: sometimes it’s wrapped very tight, sometimes it’s falling apart, sometimes it’s huge, sometimes it’s much smaller. I don’t know if they have an issue with training, or they have no clear directions, but I’m getting kind of tired of it. If they consistently put too much dressing, I could ask for light dressing. But if I say that next time I might get a single drop, because it seems like they make it different every single time. It’s good when it’s made well, but far too often something is off.

Friendly staff and atmosphere. Bagels were small but good. Coffee tasted fresh and it was everything I needed!
