I got the sunrise breakfast sandwich. It was awesome. I need to ask what kind of bacon that is because it's outstanding.

I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and it was delicious. Their Tomato Bisque soup was also delicious.

This place had great vibes. The owner worked with her employees and they were all very kind. It's a great spot to fill up on caffeine or pastries when you're in Fountain Hills! I'll be back for sure as a regular visitor to FH. The place reminds me of the study spots I loved in Nashville when I was attending university.

Met a friend here for breakfast after not seeing her for a long time. Ordered breakfast and chatted on the patio for several hours. The staff was amazing! Remembered our names, checked on us, brought us complimentary tea to try.... The staff is what makes this little lovely place a complete knock out and a place I'd visit regularly

Just enjoyed my first meal at Sipps Eatery and it did NOT disappoint! We split a garden salad and a BLT. Bother we’re excellent, but the bacon on the BLT sent that part of lunch into exquisite! They were short staffed today but that didn’t stop them from providing friendly and expeditious service. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Very good!! Could have been hotter, but was very good. The service was great, happy, polite folks. Will definitely be going back

Amazing food, better service, delightful dog friendly patio. Tell em Chris sent you. I’d leave a picture of our food but we ate it too quickly. The fries are some of the best I’ve ever had.

Good food and drinks. Our food order took a little long to get out, and even though we didn't complain(it wasn't that long of wait), the owner himself came, personally apologized and offered us free refills on our drinks. Would definitely go again.

I ordered an off the menu Vanilla Black Tea Latte. It was delicious! Looking forward to trying the blueberry bread pudding that I brought home for tonight's dessert. Sipps is always cheerful, clean, and provides excellent customer service. I'm happy they opened here in Fountain Hills.
