I love dutch bros. Much better than other chain coffee restaurants. They staff are so friendly. I love getting the kicker freeze, but it's a little sweeter than I like, so i ask for it half sweetness and it is perfect.

Went to this location and attempted to use my “stamp card” that I worked diligently to fill out over the past year. I had 9 out of 10 stamps filled, with the tenth stamp earning you a free drink of any size/type. I was told that due to Coronavirus they are no longer accepting stamp cards and therefore all my work was for nothing. Not good customer service. The staff was very friendly however, I understand this is just a poor management decision.

I don't know if the employees at Dutch Bros are sampling their own wares, lol, but they are the most affable baristas I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. One was actually thrilled about my fiancé's 1999 van conversion AND still got our drink orders correct. In fact, every time we stop there, we're always given suggestions about drinks, asked about our day and even share dad jokes. As far as the beverages - I am absolutely over the moon for the Dutch Soda - extra half and half, light ice. Oh and they have so many flavor combinations - be sure to get one of their mini brochures. In short, this place is AWESOME!!!

Can't go wrong with the standard Dutch Bros service. Everyone is always friendly, smiling and seem to work hard all day long.
Never had them get an order wrong and they make sure you are satisfied with what you get.

My drink, a hot, sugar free chocolate macadamia nut latte with coconut milk was delicious. Maybe the best I've had anywhere. Friendly staff and the drive through moves pretty quick. Definitely recommend this DB if you're in need of coffee while in Payson.

Always great service. But there always bees at the window. Everyone there must be so sweet lol. The longest I've waited was 15 min on q very very busy day. We prefer it starbucks 100 %

Ditch Bros has great coffee. I got the white coffee which is fantastic and my server, Danielle was terrific at getting me exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the atmosphere st Dutch because every one is friendly, they play fun muscic and the coffee is great and made just how you want it. I believe Hannah made my coffee and she did it just the way I wanted with almond flavoring and no whip latte. I will definitely go again
