1st time. If you're looking for anything relating to Christmas, go there. Low on some household items like all stores. Good place to wander, look and shop - big store, wide variety of items

Love the store but enployees need to work on customer service. I paid for my items and I had to ask her for a bag to put my 3 pillows and 2 large vases in. She handed me the bag then took the next customer. Is that the new process? Customers have to bag their own items?

I absolutely loved this store, when they first opened their doors, two years ago. Everyone, was so nice and welcoming, and totally informative. They even gave you info on discounts, as well as their website info to sign-up. Love this store because they have lots of everything for home interior and exterior. Everything for the kitchen as well. The prices range from low to high, but still can fit to anyone's budget. The list is endless.

You can absolutely get lost for hours in this place, and possibly see no workers here either. It is also pretty warm in here, so it can be uncomfortable in the Summer time. They had this advertised sale for patio furniture, cushions on sale for 25% - 50% off, yet in their HUGE entire stock, there were only TWO sets that were actually on sale. Go figure!

My huge take on retail business is customer service; and here, it is utterly and completely lacking! When we got to the check out, the cashier knew absolutely nothing, in response to any of my questions. I had five questions. I don't take "I don't know," for an answer. Yes, please get a manager, so I can ask him. Thank you! All I got was a 'deer in the headlights' type of stare for each question!

Also, if you don't know the price on an item, please don't speak amongst yourselves, and ring up a price that you assume or act like you know what it is! I asked the cashier "What is that you just did?" He tells me that the item did not have a price, but his manager told him to ring up one of my other items, and charge $4.99. This was for a small, plastic, office type, waste bin that was $2.99. Yet, he never bothered to ask me if I knew the price for it. I told him "I'm not paying 5 bucks for that! Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten it. I grabbed it from the back and it was $2 something!" Trying to rack up my rewards points on my card, but yes, I'm very frugal too! So, that's my take on this place!!

Absolutely love this huge home store. If you can not find what you are looking for here you haven't walked through the whole store. Beautifully displayed items from inside to outside for your home. Every item I have purchased here has been a delight in our home. Wonderful quality and reasonably priced. Just be ready for your first time to be able to set aside good amount of browsing time. It's a huge display of organized beautiful home items. Enjoy!

Excellent place to buy rare and hard to find home items. Like the mix and match so you can build your own furniture sets. Some items are very pricey and that might be the only real downfall. The store only has a few employees to help you, so sometimes you might have to look around aisles to find someone. Store has a lot of parking space and easy to locate.

Love this home for accessories for every room in the house and on the patio. Great selection of bar stools, dining chairs, side chairs and patio furniture. There are more outdoor patio cushions and pillows in every color than I've ever seen, not to mention tons if throw pillows and storage baskets. Plan to spend some time wandering around the store if you've never been there before. However, they have a well organized store with plenty of signage and store maps.

At Home is an enormous store that carries most everything you would need to furnish a home, with an emphasis on decorative knick knacks, framed art, lamps, and rugs. The quality of the goods is pretty much on par with what you would find at Walmart or Target, but in greater quantity. Don't expect to find anything too unique or special in terms of design. Everything is mass produced in China. I bought stuff there but didn't enjoy the experience the way I do enjoy a trip to Home Goods. If you go, I suggest you avoid the restrooms which are small, malodorous, and in need of cleaning/maintenance.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I been to many At home locations in az, and this is by far the worst! First off, they close at 10! According to Google maps, website, ect. I even asked what time they close, and the female cashier said 10. I saw 3 employees right away as I came in, neither of them greeted me, just gave me a rude face because it was 9:30. This store is huge! After 5 mins of looking for what i needed and needed help, there was NO ONE to help me. Every time I came across an employee they didn't even ask me if I needed help, and they didn't even acknowledge me at all. So I just went walking around the whole store myself, eventually found what I was looking for towards the end. It was 9:50 when they kept announcing that the store is closed. Uuummm..10 mins still left which is alot of time! 9:52 i went to pay, the female cashier had already closed out her cash register. She even made a comment that she has to log back in. She even said they just want customers out early when I told her it's not 10 yet, its 9:53. To top it off, all there employees (teenagers) as i was paying, were at the front of the store in a group by the entrance. hanging out and laughing and giggling, chit chatting, on their phones. Desperately waiting for me to pay, so they can leave before 10!! Once I left at 9:55 they locked the entrance doors right behind me! Myself coming from retail and customer service, this is very UNPROFESSIONAL. You are always gonna get a last minute customer. I had just got off work at the hospital, and thought 30 minutes before they close is a good amount of time to find 1 thing. But they will make you feel like you taking up there time, and you are a bother for buying something from a store that pays their paychecks. From my 10 years of customer service, that is #1 priority, and should never have a good paying customer unsatisfied. If these employees don't want to be there then let them go, or retrain them. During these times, there is soooo many people needing jobs. Learn to appreciate yours.

Great for home decorations. If you see something you like, buy it because it might not be there for your next visit
