The Pinetop Coffee House & Roasting Company

The coffee used to be great, unfortunately the roasts are all pretty similar and meh now (where's a light roast?). It's back to smelling (and tasting) of the burnt tire fire it used to.

This morning, walking up to the shop, snow was getting plowed. I watched as the owner (with a customer) came out of the store and begun yelling at a driver. For 10 minutes 2 grown men yelling and screaming at someone who is plowing their lot at the crack of dawn. Frankly the disregard and disrespect that I saw Mike treat someone with was eye opening.

Never again will I financially support this place, watching Mike & Derek bully a working class person was disgusting. Even after third parties told them to back off, they chased down and continued degrading the man.

Love to grab a cup of fresh roast when we are in town. Recently got a tour of the new location and love it! So much more room with a great little seating area and merch👍

We always look forward to stopping by the coffee shop whenever we visit Pinetop! Best cold brew, frappes and smoothies around! Kids love the shaved ice on a warm day too. Loved chatting about how you roast your own beans… so awesome! Will be back soon!

These guys are GREAT! Excellent coffee AMAZING SERVICE we live in Phoenix and came up for Mountain Biking -and stopped by because they have an awesome patio-great GREAT coffee! They roast their own beans…we will definitely be back next rime we come up for a ride!

me and my siblings went here a year ago and we loved it so much!! The owners are so sweet and their little dog is precious! They’re so genuine and the drinks there are so good. Especially the coffee! We found their shop again the other day and we were greeted so kindly! (They remembered us too which made me and my sister so touched!) We love their caramel frappes and green apple smoothies:)! (Which are so good!!)

The coffee as delicious and eye opening. The staff was very friendly and they new their regulars orders. Definitely will come here again when I’m back in town.

I have been going here for awhile and liked it, until they charged me 1.50 more for Oat Milk in my Chai. 7.00 dollars for a drink? That is insane. No signs up BTW, just a charge on my receipt. I asked and she said they can get regular milk cheaper. So if you have any dietary restrictions or want to not drink cows milk, do not order from here.

Awesome coffee shop! Delicious drinks and wonderful service. I had the frozen strawberry lemonade and it was amazing! It has in house coffee roasting which makes it smell amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

The place was clean, they had a very sweet dog and the coffee was amazing. There was an expresso bean on top, absolutely delicious.
