If I could give Bosa 0 Stars I would! Read the many negative reviews. Most if not all, are the same complaints: NO place to sit & relax, looks like a storage room, flies, bugs, rude unenthusiastic service, rushed, dirty, list goes on.

I'm sure some of the positive reviews just happened to be a good day, doesn’t negate the negative which should be self-explanatory! Comparable to other donut stops out there, Prices are double if not double & half! Do your research. Not worth the drive near or far. This location (Power/ChandlerHeights) Needs an overall on their entire establishment. Truly the numerous stuff everywhere is a simple task, that clearly has been sitting, used as a storage for years and no thought or consideration to customers- with that said I'd be lereyrey of their sanitary procedures! LOOK UP AND AROUND BRING SPRAY! CUSTOMERS ARE RIGHT, SAFTEY CONCERNS HERE!

Lady at the counter was super friendly and my daughter and I will definitely go back to pick up some more donuts.

Let me start by saying I don't really like donuts. But holy cannoli do I love these! Crazy soft and yeasty, just unbelievably delicious! Even just the plain glazed or powdered (my personal fave) are phenomenal! You seriously can't go wrong here.

Their donuts are amazing as usual. The chocolate filled donut is my favorite

Incredibly soft and fresh donuts. The breakfast sandwiches are great.

Always freshly baked donuts, cinnamon rolls, pastries and the staff is always super friendly!

My 80 year old mother went to this Bosa location last Wednesday September 28th, 2022 where she was a customer and bought some donuts. She also locked her keys and phone in her car. After a nice stranger let her use his phone to call me her daughter, I set up a roadside assistance for her to key her only set of keys out of her car. Being as she was a customer of this store for many years, she asked if she could wait inside the store as it was almost 100 degrees out. The worker inside said NO!!! My 80 year old mother with kidney disease was forced to wait outside in the sun next to her car resting on a column every once in a while. when I found this out I called the next day and was outraged. I will Not Be Going to A Bosa Donuts anymore!!!

I just got a dozen donuts here at around 6:30 PM, and they’re super soft! I’m very pleased. The woman at the counter was friendly, too.

I drive out of my way to come to this location. I have no idea why the other locations are not as good as this one, but it is the best of the best. The lady serving us this time, I think the owner or manager, was super nice, patient, and made sure we had a pleasant visit. She also put a sweet surprise in our box. I've never had a doughnut from here that is dripping with grease, like some other locations I have been to.
