Dutch Bros Coffee

Got my order taken by a kid named Jake, horrible experience. Does not have good manners and his “humor” was demeaning and extremely rude. Hopefully this isn’t the kind of person that Dutch is proud of. Other friends have had a super bad experience with this broista as well.

Two free drinks when i used my points Woohoo!!!

The worst part is when your paying and they ask for a tip and say NO pressure. The drink is are already expensive. Then they ask you personal questions.

People friendly and wonderful service. The coffee is magnificent and they have the best hot chocolate.

Waited about 20 minutes for 2 coffees at this location. The car ahead of me and 2 of the employees were pretty much hanging out in the drive-thru, chatting it up and taking photos / selfies; didn’t acknowledge anyone waiting and the 2 vehicles behind me had sped off. An employee finally came out (after waiting almost 10 minutes) to take my order. She had no idea why the wait was taking so long when I asked, “I couldn’t tell you, I don’t know what’s going on”, is what she said. More minutes go by, they finally leave! When I got to the front the employees excuse was “they were waiting for their drinks”, but I saw her bring out 1 drink, 2 of the employees (1 of them stepped out) taking photos and chatting it up while people waited. It did not look like they were waiting for drinks. Definitely will be reaching out to the owner / corporate, it was absolutely ridiculous.

I gave an absurd request involving straws and was met with outstanding customer service by a man with very groovy shades, 100/10

I like going here for a quick boost of a flavor blasted coffee drink, staff are amazing and fast with orders for customers. But I shouldn't have to ask to use my phone number for the points or get the sticker on Wednesday. It's the small things that matter when it comes to customer service.

Dutch Bros. is by far my favorite coffee shop! They have a huge selection of drinks and flavors. They do tend to be on the sweeter side, however I like that!

I do not advise buying gift cards from this Dutch Bros, they obviously do not know what they are doing, I purchased a $25 gift card for my granddaughter for her birthday and she still has been unable to use it because they did not activate it correctly. Needless to say I will not ever buy another Dutch bros gift card again, I will stick to Visa or Mastercard gift cards from now on. I think it is a little bit ridiculous that I have to call the main office in Oregon to get a gift card that I paid for activated correctly when my granddaughter has tried to use it 3 times now and each time they've told her it is not activated. Now I have to wait for them to email me sometime hopefully today or tomorrow arrow to let me know that my granddaughter's birthday gift is good.. I am not happy.

What more can be said about a Dutch Bros that hasn't been said? The staff is always over-the-top happy, the drinks are fun, and the lines move quickly.
