Bubblee Tea

The ambience of the store is beautiful, and the staff are very accommodating. I love the fact that they have different sugar levels that you can choose from and what type of boba pearls you wanted to have in your drink. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was excited to have a bubble tea shop come in! Last time I had it was when I was living overseas. However, sadly their boba pearls were not done on the inside. The center and majority of the pearl was still dry and hard. I was unable to enjoy my drink because they would get stuck in the straw. This happened to me three times. I also saw the boss scold an employee right in front of me for a harmless mistake. The nonprofessional and lack of quality boba pearl has caused me to no longer go there. The tea itself was very good however and there is a large variety of flavors.

The boba was not blended all the way and had absolutely no flavor! I got taro and it tasted like milk water. Very disappointed I paid for a drink of such poor quality, and I'm leaving two stars because I feel rude leaving just one.

Love this boba spot. They gave such a huge variety of drinks and combinations to pick from. The teas are made perfect. The place is clean and tidy. Waffles are yummy!🧇💯😋

I was so excited to try this place but it was a huge let down if I’m being honest. Employees were really rude. Over $9 for a really burnt waffle with the tiniest scoop of ice cream in it. & were out of pretty much every flavor of ice cream.

We’ve been twice and both times have been great. Today things were really busy, but the curbside service was great. It’s a small shop so waiting a few minutes is to be expected. The bubble tea was excellent and I appreciated the curbside service!

The tea was good but I can make it at home. the boa was not good, very little flavor, very little meat. The mochi I had to spit out. All three flavors

I am absolutely in love with all the flavors of popping pearls offered at bubblee. There is a wide variety of drink choices in the milk teas and the fruity teas! Something for everyone!

The best ever boba tea that I had and the waffles are superb. The staffs are super friendly. Everything is 11/10! Will go back for sure!

From my knowledge the only Boba/Bubble Tea shop in all of Jonesboro and they knock it out of the park. They have a large and quality menu of several different flavors with the ability to ask for more or less sugar and likely dairy free options. My recommendation, if you prefer a gentle sweeter tea I recommend the Sakura Tea and the Butterfly Tea.
