The price is right and also the taste.

Finally caught them making hot donuts!! Though the light wasnt on. They are quick and my kids love these as a treat when we are in town!

We normal go to local owned donut shops. But we where very close to Krispy Kreme so we went. They have a drive though which is nice when you have kids and get the same donut every time. First it was very hard to hear the person talking taken the order. The machine is breaking, it's not of the fault of the worker. Second once we got home with our donuts they cost the same as the local places but very small compared to other places in town and not as fluff and soft. if you got to grocery shops get thier donuts it's about the same as taste but still much bigger then Krispy Kremes.

This was my first experience with them. Next time I am going to go inside to see if they have a different sections. And a different time to see if the donuts are more fresh!

The doughnuts are marginally better than the ones you get at the grocery store. But, they are more expensive, constantly out of what you want, only offer drive through most of the time, and are generally less convenient. So maybe when you take that into account the doughnuts at Raleys are better.

Always a favorite stop. But this time? I was having a horrible day, in tears... When I pulled up to the window, the gal handed me my bag and told me it was in them and she hoped I had a better day... Something like that can put a whole new light on things. It really lifted my heart!!

Had the apple fritter today and it was the worst fritter I've ever had. Didn't look lile your ordinary fritter,
it looked like a flat honey bun with about 3 pieces of apple in it. It was also hard. I will never buy again 😒

Good drive through, easy to access. Food is fresh however I do not recommend their latte drinks. If you are used to one of the main chains for coffee, their brand will taste a bit off. I had a pumpkin spiced latte and could not finish the drink.

Called to ask the staff if they had a certain doughnut in stock. No answer, left a voice mail, they then called back about 10-20 minutes later and left the nastiest voicemail on my phone which I feel was extremely unprofessional and just rude. I'd rather go to a nice family doughnut shop than be treated like that.

Some best donuts and ice coffee it actually give me a nice boost of energy unlike other ice coffee

This Krispy Kreme is the absolute worst. The workers are extremely rude and uninspired. They never have their hot light on. They never have the special seasonal donuts and if they do they are made at ridiculous hours and are always dry by the time anyone orders them. It’s the only Krispy Kreme in Chico and it’s the worst one I have ever been to in my life. I have been here multiple times over the years and am always hopeful but this past visit was met with extremely rude customer service and it was nothing like my previous experiences at other Krispy Kreme’s throughout the state.
