An awesome Art District coffee shop that prior to corona was a nice quiet place to go and work on random programming projects, at least for me. Looking forward to relaxing here again and not to mention the coffee is great.

Decent coffee, food was mediocre, everything is overpriced. Two coffees a breakfast burrito, and a pastry, Bill was over $25. Coffees were okay, nothing special. Burrito was tiny, mostly filled with potato, no taste, and i think they may have waived the avocado over it, but i didn't taste any. If this place was half the price I'd give it 4 stars.

Had a wrap which tasted days old and a coffee which felt decaf. The workers decided to close the store 2 hours earlier for no reason whatsoever not any way to run a cafe, waste of time and money.

Most overrated cafe in LA go to Urth for better food and coffee.

I've been here a few times due to it's proximity to my work and it always leaves me disappointed. The portion size for the steel cut oats was about the size of a baby food jar, the quesadilla had like one thin layer of cheese, and the last time i was there they were out of eggs so i ordered something else only to be told they closed the kitchen (it was lunch time! ). This place is ridiculous and the only reason it does well is because hipsters will like anything that is overpriced.

Pleasantly surprised how good their salted caramel latte was 😍 I’m coming back here again for sure!

This a great coffee place in DTLA art district. Nothing artsy and fancy like Urth cafe just which is only few blocks away... just simple good coffee! I have been buying their cold brew AND coffee beans for home from them for a while and happy with my purchase. Their brunch style food is also pretty good. I regularly get theiravocado with poached eggs! 😋 People are nice, cozy 'hole in the wall' type feel, with some shaded seating outside! There is 4hr street parking or a paid lot across the street!

I enjoyed the passion fruit black tea but it was bitter. The service was wonderful because the staff was quick, efficient and polite. I would go back to try another drink.

Parking.. I got lucky and found 2 hour parking right out front but this was the only major drawback I found here.

Amazing food and service! Asked if they could reheat my food from a different Groundwork location and they ended up making a brand new meal! So delicious and healthy food! I could eat this every day! Thank you!
