Sorry I miss posted a 1 star! This is my absolute favorite ice cream shop. I live 5 min away and walk here all the time with my girlfriend. I love the bing cherry flavor and she loves the peach mango sorbet. I do wish that you could stay open until ten pm but I would probably weigh like five hundred pounds lol! Keep up the good work and see you soon, and again sorry I posted one star, that was a total mistake. Cheers!

Treats is THE place to go for ice cream in Nevada City. If you have the chance, stop by to try any of their flavors. The ice cream is handmade and some of the flavors incorporate local produce. They also have vegan and dairy-free options. The flavors of the ice creams are incredible. Try bing cherry! These ice creams are the best way to end any meal or a late afternoon treat. The scoops are generous, too. They are on the side road across from New Moon and Sopa Thai and parallel with Ike's Cafe. Just go. You'll be happy you did!

I love taking my family here. There needs to be more dessert places like this little gem. Enjoy!

Just awful..the women behind the counter could hardly be bothered and when I asked her if she accidentally gave me chocolate because the peanut butter cup ice cream had NO peanut butter in it, she just replied no and turned around. Seriously? Go to Baskin Robbins people!

I used to love this place and seeing how safe they were with their covid protocols made me really enjoy getting to go, but I just tried to go and they entirely lifted their mask rule, letting children clearly too young to be vaccinated go in maskless. Please bring back your mask rule so everyone can enjoy safely.

Treats is definitely a treat! Our favorite is the Bourbon Breakfast ice cream in a waffle cone. I've never been a waffle cone fan but these are delicious! Enjoy!

Great ice-cream. The Vanilla was one of the best I've had, and the eggnog special was great. The star is the homemade waffle cone though!

This place has the best ice cream in Nevada County. Yes, they have long lines, but worth the wait. Very relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

Others have more variety, but Treats offers their own flavors, including a spearmint made from fresh leaves, unlike any other I have tasted. Their non-in-house flavors are from Gunthers of Sacramento, another superior brand.

We love this place! Try the salted caramel gelato, or, frankly, anything else they make. We just delivered some of our Blue Newt Berries (raspberry and blackberry) for their Treatsicles, so look for them at the Saturday Farmer's Market.
