Nice decor but it’s not worth the wait. Almost an hour and got a double shot Carmel blended drink. It had no coffee in it.

literally the cutest and best coffee shop out there in the springs (in my opinion) the drinks and atmosphere are majestic, plus, it’s not too pricey!

LOVE THIS PLACE! New favorite Cafe! Love the atmosphere and the customer service. Everyone is very nice and take great care of each drink! Also, love the cookies they sell here. Went to the bakers event and love the cookies

Unique and great tasting beverages in a fresh and inspired shop. Cool decor if you are into Harry Potter and definitely a great place for a date or to grab a high calories drink to fuel your mall adventure. Will return

This coffee shop is really cool and the drinks are delicious. The batistas are always friendly and they always have good music playing. I would highly recommend checking it out, especially if you're a Harry Potter fan.

Understaffed. One person behind the counter in a shopping mall even during the current times is not enough. What kind of coffee shop has absolutely no sugar? Equal and Splenda are not sugar and there are people who still like sugar in their coffee. Furthermore I asked to speak with the manager the gentleman that presented himself said that he was the manager I asked for a card for the owner he didn’t have a card and then went back to help people in line while trying to write some number down and I got tired of waiting so I figured I would leave my review here. I understand we are still in the middle of everyone dealing with Covid and limitations do exist as well as other challenges however, this place needs to realize that they are not going to even compete with the rest of the places if they don’t up their game. The manager of a coffee shop should understand and know what an espresso macchiato is. I ordered a dry cappuccino and received a large cup with espresso shots and almost no foam a dry cappuccino has a lot of foam.

Wow! I have to admit this small is not the most interesting Mall I've ever been to but this Harry Potter style coffee shop is such a gem at this mall and the coffee is great too! Come support this local business!

Coffee was okay. Staff was unmasked despite mandates to. A little disappointed on that front. But for mall coffee, it was solid. We were running an errand, and thought we would give it a shot!

If you love Harry Potter and love coffee then you’ll definitely love this place! Their butterbeer is unbelievable!
