Quickly

Drinks are always awesome. Boba is sometimes kind of hard in the center. Consistency with drinks and food depends on who's serving you. Most food is really, really good. For reference, I come to Quickly 1 to 4 times a week.
I would usually give this place 5 stars, but this night ruined it for me.

I usually get the popcorn chicken, but it's been very raw, or slightly undercooked a few times the last few months. I get this item all the time because it usually rocks.
Last night one of my two favorite workers, and a new one, were working. They sent me out with very pink, spongy chicken. I walked back to get it replaced, and it was worse than the first batch. Didn't realize until I'd gotten home because I figured the first time was a fluke. It's been questionable before, but never straight up raw. 90% of the time it's cooked perfectly.

When I called for the second time, asking for a refund this time, the new person didn't know how to do it. I had to walk back to Quickly 3 times in one night. It felt like they were more annoyed at the hassle than anything and that sucked. One of my regular workers, who I thought I had great rapport with, was pretty cold. There was no apology, just "I don't know why this has been happening." And then she said absolutely nothing to me the second time around. It happens - but it bummed me out that I spent like 45 minutes trying to get dinner home. They were out of one of my items and didn't say anything until we came to pick it up, and then the chicken was raw. In a $35 order, I only got two large teas and a side of masubi. I had two pieces of masubi to feed two people, and the refund would take 3-5 days.

I gave two stars because I was sent home with raw chicken two times in one night and customer service regarding the issue left a lot to be desired.

Quickly is not your fancy boba shop but they never disappoint! Cheap, fast, and tasty!

Delicious milk tea. The cashier helped me decide on which drink to try out my first time there and he made a great recommendation, coconut milk tea with popping boba. I highly recommend this place to any and all fans of milk tea

I make a point to visit here as often as I can every time I'm in Sacramento. They make the best boba tea, with the most options.

I miss the tvs and kids and chatter. Covid is the worst.

Quickly isn't my go to boba place but it's super close to where I live. After a long day me and my cousin decided to stop by for a quick refreshment. The customer service is pretty good. I got to order my drink and that was pretty quick. This parking plaza is usually pretty busy. No one was sitting down everyone was. Just ordering their drinks and leaving. They do have a good amount of seating for people to hangout. I ordered a lychee mango green iced tea it's what I order from most boba places. However I didn't like it all that much. I find my self enjoying the watermelon green tea from this location instead of that. So I'll stop by for that next time!

The boba tea and other various drink products looked good and tasted great. However a very dirty (yuck!!), and almost thrown together interior, kept cool (more like moist) by an open door and a failing AC (if it exists).. i would be scared to order the food products, mostly deep fried, that they carry.. A new location would serve this establishment well, or a complete remodel.. the interior just screams that they are paying off the health inspector!
