Con Azucar Cafe

Con azúcar great place to stop by for coffee with a friend. Highly recommend going during the week as the weekends get super busy. It’s a small place and seating is first come first serve. Overall everything was delicious. Definitely get their torta de jamón and Mexican mocha.

Went on a Saturday morning it was very frustrating it was an hour wait outside then when I go in I ask what’s the cutest drink like what I see on Instagram and they told me to get something and I got it and it was a regular coffee it was so loud in there to and she got the wrong pastry that I asked for but it was too late I didn’t feel like going back and there were no seats it was like a survival thing whoever can grab seats first people grabbed seats as you walk in before even getting there meal and saved it for one another I had so much i my hands since I had me and the kids order and we had to walk all the way back to the car with all the food since there was no where to sit. So maybe it was the customer service most of all and how they do things which wasn’t fair.

Good food and amazing decorations but the service is questionable we had an older cashier and she was very dismissive and forgot our order and other customers order. She could’ve just had a bad day but she shouldn’t had project that negative energy unto the customers we waited over 40 mins for an order that shouldn’t taken that long.

Two stars because the staff is nice. The wait however, is nuts. Food is just ok. Atmosphere was fun. Never going back. Hype is all. Not great!!

The atmosphere is always so nice. The food taste delicious. I always love the Horchata iced latte and the mazapan!.
Avocado toast is also a must try! I have yet to be disappointed.
Oh and you can also receive loyalty points!!

As far as location, parking is a bit of a hassle but a parking garage is located close by.

Nice place. I got the pork tamales they were delicious.
The concha Gigante was also delicious.
The only issues was the drinks. Food and drinks are done separately so although I had my food order pretty quickly I had to wait twice as long for two orchatas. Not sure why it would take so long for two drinks but I feel it's something that can be easily fixed.
I would definitely return once all the hype comes down because the line can get pretty long.

I love this place, from the cute decor, to the delicious lattes, and scrumptious food items. The cafe de olla is really good, if a little too sweet sometimes, while the pan dulce is good, it's a little pricey for what you get at a Panaderia. The one drawback is this place can get a little busy. They should add a bar and barstools towards the back entrance to get a little more seating.

Love this place, the chai is amazing and the avocado toast is very tasty. They always put a cute dragon on our three dogs pup cups.

Summary of Incident: I went to Con Azucar today and had the worst customer service experience. I walked in around 11:15am to order a coffee and I was the first in line. After I was waiting, no one was attending me and the line behind me got longer. Finally after a long wait, the cashier came and rudely said "are you ready?" I approached the cashier and told her that I wanted a horchata latte, she replied back "what?!" (with an attitude), I repeated myself "horchata latte", for a second time she said with an attitude "what!?", for the third time I replied "horchata latte", she then responded rudely "you should have said that!"

After reading social media reviews I now understand why the majority of your customers state "horrible service." I will not be coming back to this location and I will ensure that I tell all my colleagues of the horrible customer service this location has. It is sad to see a great concept go to waste due to poor management, no staff training, and rude staff.
