I love this Peet’s location. The staff is great. The crew really does go above and beyond to make your drink exactly how you like it, and they take a genuine interest in us customers. I am always asked how my day is or what I’m up to. They know my order, and it’s like catching up with a friend every morning. On more than one occasion they have really brightened my day. Today the power was out (by no fault of their own) and they offered cold brew or tea to everyone who walked in. Ultimately, my loyalty is about being able to rely on a really good cup of coffee... this store crafts the perfect coffee, AND I like the humans who run the joint.

Great coffee and friendly service. I am a foam snob and they really know how to make a great latte and I like the coffee (I know it is a matter of taste). The bathroom is always clean as well. The only quibble is the crowd is older and quieter, which shouldn't matter, but doesn't feel as vibrant as the CB&TL down the street.

Since Starbucks no longer offers Egg Nog Lattes for the holiday season, my friends and I decided to try Peet's Holiday Spice latte. It was very good, will come back for sure.

Just waited 22 minutes for a drink they charged me for extra coffee and chocolate yet didn’t put it in and had to tell her my drink 4 times, not sure what happened to this place use to love the staff now they seem all gothic and werid.

Outstanding coffee and people. Follow-up: major turnover has led to lattes being served very hot and the milk is diluted with water. Coffee flavor is still outstanding. This is now my back-up LA coffee place.

Poor service, the coffee was bland and the manager was obsessed with telling Me how to wear masks. My was slightly lowered and he asked me to go outside. Meanwhile, 2 feet away from me, people are sitting with no masks on. Ridiculous. I’ll never go back.
