The coffee is smooth and strong all at the same time. The way they add the subtle hints of flavor is amazing. Never thought I would enjoy a mint coffee but it was a great experience. The pastries are fresh and always a great experience which is probably why they sell out by end of day. Great spot for sure.

Good strong coffee made one cup at a time. You can mix and match different blends. Coffee is really strong but also expensive$5 per cup.

What drip coffee should be. This is "must try" coffee. Only problem is they are incredibly slow. 40 minutes for my last order, for example. Only try Philz if you have a lot of time to burn. UPDATE: Service has improved since restrictions have been eased. Perhaps earlier slow service was due to the mandates and restrictions they had to deal with ..

I generally love Philz. I lived near the original Philz in its early days and knew Phil quite well, and got to know Jacob a little, too. I've always loved the coffee and tea, simply superb. As Philz has opened more coffeeshops, one thing I've really liked is how each one has distinct and unique decor that's appropriate for its place, and in every one I've been to, the people are what truly make the difference. A company's culture starts with its leadership, and Philz has retained its culture as it has grown. I'm so glad. It's such a special thing.

This Philz is bigger than I realized as I approached. Great indoor space with many seating options. Beautiful space with pressed tin tiles on one wall. Good clean all gender restrooms. Good wifi. And of course, great coffee served by really nice people.

Layla and Xavier were so helpful helping us put in a giant pre-wedding order.

Great coffee joint. The whole organization of the place is legit. How you go up to the barista and order and then go to a cashier to pay is pretty awesome. I wish more places did this type of thing.
