Maybe the host thought we just needed a place to sit in the lobby. Without ever greeting us, we sat in the lobby waiting to be asked how big our party was. I have no doubt that we hadn't walked out, we may still be waiting to be acknowledged.

The food was mediocre at best, neither of our meals were hot, they were both served room temperature. Then I went to the bathroom and the auto toilet didn't flush without manual assistance and then the water didn't work. The soap dispenser did but the auto faucets did not function. I tried and tried to get it to work but no luck. Ended up washing my hands in the parking lot with bottled water When I told the person at the front she acted surprised. There is no way to convince me they didn't know there were issues. The staff was friendly but the rest was a mess.

The service was fantastic! Our server was very nice and quick to get anything we needed. The food was pretty good way different than the picture but still had good flavor. We will definitely be stopping in again soon!

Senior menu is WAY over priced. Could have purchased a better alternative from the regular breakfast menu. I was shocked with the bill. Didn't read the "fine print".

Food was good though we did have to send some eggs back to be cooked more. Service was very good. They even let us stay little bit after they had closed because we were talking.

Don’t bother with curbside pickup at this location. I arrived when directed. No one answered the phone and when I went inside to pick up my order, I was informed it wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes past the promised time and ask an employee numerous times for updates. Understaffed or disorganized, I don’t know. I do know that they increased my risk to COVID exposure as there wasn’t much social distancing going on. Should also become more eco friendly with their to-go containers.

Great experience on a return trip to Alamosa

Went on 12-27-2018 had a horrible experience. The food was not good,order was not right. The kids meals are a complete joke, you definitely don't get your money's worth. The kids chicken nugget plate had 4 nuggets the size of a quarter and 1 applesauce for 5 dollar's eighty- nine cents. The meal was cold they were left hungry. The kids cheeseburger had a piece of Hamburger the size of a 50 cent piece,it was all bun. My husbands order was also screwed up can't cook eggs or pancakes to save their life. Service also sucks it took us 1 hour to get our food. I won't go back. Very disappointed

The service wasn’t great, and the food was absolutely disgusting. The tea tasted like dish water, my bacon tasted like it was cooked on dirty dish water, the biscuit was covered in old gross grease, and the hash browns were raw and undercooked. Never going here again.
