So I actually ate here all the way back in August of 2021, but I wanted to give this place a shout out as I plan on coming back on my next trip to Denver.
I ended up walking here off a recommendation from a friend I was staying with who lived nearby.
I live in Texas, where we have tons of amazing breakfast options, but I haven’t gotten quite the same homely feel in any of them since coming here.
I can’t remember my server’s name, but she took excellent care of me, refilling my coffee/water and making sure everything was to my liking. I got a great spot on the patio which was lovely, and finally, the food was phenomenal. I ordered an omelette, hash browns, a side of bacon, and toast with this maple jam that was outstanding.
I loved the experience here at Dozens. I was treated so well, and everyone I interacted with was so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great start to their day. I will undoubtedly come back here for another meal sometime.
Wasn’t that impressed. No take out on weekends, and almost no waiting space indoors. The “World’s Best Cinnamon Roll” was an absolute joke. Otherwise the staff was pleasant, the eggs, bacon, waffle and French toast were good.
our server Kate was awesome! She was kind and attentive and all around made me want to come back. I came with my son and well he mostly just goes places for the ketchup 😂 but he liked the french toast too as much as I did
I freaking love this place, visiting from Memphis. This was my 2nd time coming I came last memorial day weekend. Omg the food is hot, fast, and excellent customer service. Both visits were great and mimosas perfect. Maybe a short wait but it's definitely worth it. 🖤
Kinda at a loss at how to review this place. As I don't want the WHOLE city to come here. I certainly want them to do well so my neighborhood place stays open. With their excellent food and killer service. But too crowded already.( Even though they've Never made me wait for a table!) The Cook's seem to care and the front station is first rate. I've been served by Every server who works there and there isn't a bummer in the bunch. So,,,,,? Come when I'm not there.
I just finished up a lovely brunch here. The staff was *so nice*, the food was great and the ambiance was perfect: busy but not loud. I can’t wait to go back!
I’d show you a picture of my awesome omelette, but I ate it all right away. They aren’t joking when they say the food is fresh. The coffee is also bottomless, and I never saw the bottom thanks to the excellent wait staff. My server was kind and quick, the food was fast and delicious, and the decor is adorable. Will probably come back again before the week is over.
Service was okay and so was the food. What was not okay was the hosts behavior, in my opinion. I just didn't leave very satisfied. Below are a few quotes from the hosts on the phone and to other guests: * I'm 8 months pregnant and asked the hosts for a glass of ice water, one host went to get it and the other said "you live here, and you're pregnant, and you're not carrying a water bottle?" - she could have been trying to be funny but it didn't land... * "We are too busy for to go's the kitchen won't do it" - I feel like if this may have been true, but there was a better way to say it * Told a party of 10 "It could be a 45 minute wait or 50 or 75. We don't know" - that group was not upset about the original quote time of "over an hour" and just wanted their name on the wait. After they added their name and went outside the one host told the other host "You're going to die, I tried to tell them it was 75 minutes but they still wanted to wait" * A lady asked about how much longer for their table and they said "we don't know. Could be 10 minutes could be a half hour we just don't know" - while this may be true I was just hoping for some more hospitality from the hosts...
Overall the trip was fine, it was just hard to watch rude behavior. I don't feel like waiting 30-45+ minutes due to understaffing was an issue for anyone especially since there was a 5K a block away, but being dismissive and trying to make people leave or not want to wait was not acceptable behavior to me.

Everything is good, though sometimes the same dish can be better than others. Quaint atmosphere with good parking.
