Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have a long history of experience in the Service Industry, in pretty much all it's forms. I have never seen a more consistent store of any kind in my life. Unfortunately, they are consistently incompetent, slow as molasses, and generally just awful. After giving this store about half a dozen chances, I will now never return even though I am moving to the area. I once liked Einsteins, this store has killed that. The entire staff needs to go.

Response to the owner - I had contacted the online link you referenced right after my visit last week with no response, so that is not a great place to point people with issues.

Many bagel types were missing. The cash register was down. Poor customer service.

This is one of the best bagels I have ever had, the garlic aioli was what made my bagel. We got there around 9:30am and they were just starting to get busy, I just want to give the three employees that where there the biggest props. I could tell from their sign on the door showing shorter hours that they were short staffed. You could tell, but the employees that where there were working so hard. They were so nice and even though they were stressed with the line didn't show it. The woman making the bagels was killing it, and the two younger guys on register and coffee where running around helping where needed. Maybe have taken a little bit to get the food but it was hot and delicious and I would be back in a heartbeat and would wait even longer knowing I was getting some great food. Whoever those employees were working on 11/7 needs big recognition, they are the type of employees you want working for you. I'm sad I didn't get their names but they will know who they are, they know they have a good work ethic and are valued. Thank you for your hard work you three, I appreciate it.

They were out of so many ingredients and drinks in the fountain. No air conditioning on. The people working were nice but it definitely was not a well running store.

Perfect spot for a bagel before hitting the slopes. Could not ask for a better morning sandwich.

A bagel place should not take 35 minutes just to order. Extremely inefficient. Never again

They open up before anyone. That us a plus and the nova lox is a great way to start your day. Can not go wrong with salmon. Thanks
