Café Diva

Hands down - best service, food and experience. My BF and I had a gift certificate from some lovely friends of ours to celebrate my bday. The staff were incredibly intentional, their warmth, attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable! We will be back, and rave to all of our friends. Beautiful place, for a beautiful experience. You can feel the love in the place!

My girlfriend and I ate here for our anniversary. Staff got us in quickly despite not having a reservation and were super friendly. Had wine, appetizers, main course and dessert. Every course was excellent. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing service by Cafe Diva. From the time we called for a reservation straight through our dessert service, Cafe Diva was outstanding. Each course was flavorful and beautifully presented. The Winter Salad and Dust Miller dessert were definite highlights for us. Cafe Diva also expertly timed the dinner service, allowing us a leisurely pace. Will definitely come back next time we are in Steamboat!

We go to Cafe Diva every time we are in Steamboat. Best food ever! We are blown away every single time we eat there. The staff at Cafe Diva are top notch, it’s an all around incredible experience! You’re missing out if you don’t come here while visiting Steamboat.

Probably the best meal I've had at any fine dining restaurant in Colorado without a doubt. Excellent service, excellent atmosphere and above excellent food. Seriously a top notch place for a special occasion. Took my wife for our 39th anniversary and we were both extremely happy. I would highly, and I do mean highly recommend for a special occasion.

Amazing wine and food. Started with the peanut butter and bacon sandwiches and the foie gras which were both wonderful. For the entrees, we had the scallops, beef tenderloin, and the sea bass. They were all very good. Our favorite was the sea bass. The creme brulee for dessert was outstanding. Overall, an amazing meal!

My husband and I make a point to go to Cafe Diva whenever we have a chance to visit Steamboat. Definitely one of the very best restaurants in Colorado. We always have incredible service and the food is always superb. We love celebrating our anniversary here as well. We love Cafe Diva.

Cafe Diva has great food and a lovely vegan menu-but you have to ask for it. The food was very good, but we were disappointed that we were not offered the bread service. The wild rice vegan dish was over salted. However, it was overall excellent service, food, and presentation.

My wife and I were enjoying a nice Labor Day weekend getaway and several people recommended this restaurant. I am so happy they did.

Forget the casual dress code; this restaurant is a fine dining experience from beginning to end.

I have been fortunate to have enjoyed some of the finest restaurants in the world and Café Diva would not be out of place among them.

The dishes are well-designed and very well-prepared.

I started out with the crab bisque. Very nice creamy tomato flavor with a hint of pepper. I would have liked a little more crab flavor to provide that bit of sweetness, maybe larger chunks of meat? I enjoyed it very much though.

For my entrée I had the halibut which was absolutely delicious. The fish itself was clearly a nice piece of fish to start. Cooked well, great flavor and texture. The lemon, salt & pepper was so simple, but complemented the flavor of the fish so nicely. This was one of the best halibut experiences I have had.

My wife had scallops and really enjoyed them. I don’t do scallops, but I tried a bit of the sauce, potatoes and corn. Delicious. The corn provided a nice sweet flavor that worked so well with the savory flavors of the rest of the dish.

For dessert I simply opted for a pour of Macallan and a scoop of vanilla gelato. I had chocolate the night before and nothing else struck my fancy. This is a simple standby and I was pleased that they had my favorite Scotch.

The service is impeccable and friendly. Their staff are clearly very well trained.

We will definitely be back.

One of the best meals we've had at a restaurant ever! We don't often eat out because we have very high standards and most restaurants just aren't worth it to us. Café Diva was a wonderful, top notch experience. Definitely worth the money. The Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée was scrumptious and I loved the Venison Short Loin! It's also a very gluten-free friendly restaurant.
