Great drinks here. Only complaint is how they ask if you want to tip. A lot of people feel pressured too I bet.

I visited with my husband and ordered a single iced white mocha. My husband ordered nothing. We waited in line for an extended period of time with customers behind us getting their orders first which consisted of multiple drinks. When we finally arrived to the window we had to wait even longer. The workers were nice and pleasant during this time. But I got my drink and it was a large iced coffee with chocolate and some sort of nut. Definitely not what I ordered. We will be sticking with the location next to casa Bonita from now on. The company is good and much better than any other coffee place I've been to, but this location was a let down.

This place never ceases to amaze me, the young lady at the window was an absolute blast. Wish I got her name, and if she reads this, the Double Chocolate Mocha was remarkable!!

Finally a place to get a good coffee drink! I love frozen coffee treats but Starbucks is usually a disappointment. We got the double torture freeze, the jelly donut freeze, and a mango smoothie, all delicious. The muffin tops were great too

This is the most unorganized location I’ve ever been to. I’m an avid Dutch customer for many years and typically love their customer service and drinks! I’ve been to multiple locations throughout Arizona and Oregon and not one has been as poorly organized. I sat in line for so long where they have two lanes and one runner! There isn’t clarity to where the line of cars starts and ends so people were cutting each other off in line and getting angry. I would rather drive farther to the next location than visit this one again.

I showed up before 6 am and there was already a line. But they took my order right there and I paid for it with one of their employees. They also brought mine out when it was ready instead of making me wait to get to the window and I was able to leave the line and be on my way.

This is the best coffee chain going. I've had the privilege of going to Dutch Bros for quite some time now as they are from the west coast and Oregon has them everywhere. Absolutely the best!!!!!

I like it a lot, too much. The products are terrific. Overpriced and now they have this "we're not accepting cash" policy that really only ends up having them pressure you into a tip that is a lot less acceptable when they now expect it. Very bad business sense. I used to go to Dutch Bros when i lived in the springs twice a day and always left a nice tip but they didnt ask or expect it. I go a lot less in Denver because I think their being a little too greedy and full of themselves.
