Very cute coffee shop below Ascent Apartments in the new "Downtown Westminster" district. We had the pleasure of being their first guests! Great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. We got a savory pastry, a chocolatine, and a couple cold brews to go. The pastries were super flaky and delicious and the cold brews were perfectly smooth, we will definitely be going back!

The place is very clean and pretty, a very modern design for sure. But it was so echoing and loud that I had a hard time talking to the people I met there to hang out with. Seating is a little awkward if you're not by yourself. Staff were fine but didn't seem very experienced. The coffee and tea was mediocre. If you're grabbing a coffee to go it's definitely better than Starbucks but I wouldn't come to dine in again.

At first I was concerned because they only offer a 12 oz as the largest size drink. But the latte was so excellent, I didn't notice I was missing anything. It was perfect. Their pastries looked good and super fresh but I didn't have any that day. I will try another time.
The inside has a good feel to it, it smells delicious and there is ple.ty of seating. It was a constant line of people and every seat was taken so it was a bit loud for conversation. But I will definitely be back!

Enjoy this new location! Super clean, airy and just an overall pleasant experience and place. The staff is always nice and polite! But the real treat is the coffee! Coffee! COFFEE! Very good, roasted perfectly, SO GOOD! Every time I’m in Denver I always stop in at Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters! (I’m from Jersey) Good job guys! I get hot latte with half&half and simple syrup! 🙌🏼

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Drip coffee was very good. My only complaint was there are no free refills on the drip coffee. 2 medium sized cups cost me over $8 for black coffee. Would love to spend more time in the shop to do work but can get expensive with more than 1 cup.

This review is exclusively for the Westminster branch of Sweet Bloom. I’ve had great experiences and coffee at the Arvada location, so I decided to try the new Westminster location.
The customer service here was lack luster. They acted like you were bothering them to place an order. Rude and not friendly at all. I didn’t pay much mind because, from my previous experiences, the coffee at Sweet Bloom is pretty great. Unfortunately this time the coffee was awful. I ordered a latte and it tasted like warm milk. You could barely notice any coffee. I had to go to a separate coffee shop to get what I wanted. I threw it away it tasted so terrible. Will not be visiting this location again. The snotty California vibe is not appealing, but the awful coffee is unforgivable.

Drip coffee was burnt...tasted like sadness and bad coffee. Need to brush my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth. Had better gas station coffee. Expensive and not worth the time it took to walk in. I threw the coffee away before I walked out. Very disappointed
On a plus, the servers were polite and quick.

Beautiful location, would love to just sit and sip a cup of coffee here. Came in for a couple of bags of freshly roasted whole bean coffee. Walked out with a hot cup of tea and a mental note to go back! The coffee was delicious!

I’ve been to the other Sweet Bloom before and have always enjoyed it. This one feels bigger and more open with all the windows and super vaulted ceilings. It’s beautiful!

The coffee is always great! One o the few places in Westminster where you can get a single origin espresso.
