Brew Haha is the best local chain for coffee. Their coffee tastes great, and there are a large variety of tasty options for anyone looking to have a fancier drink. This location in particular is my favorite, as the staff there is wonderful. When I normally go Rebecca is the person behind the counter, and she is super kind, sociable and makes a great drink. She's definitely been my favorite barista. Brew Haha is a great coffee shop. I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Walk in customers ignored. Have stopped here for years, but today was an awful experience. Waited for well over 5 minutes at the counter to order two iced beverages. Never happened. The three employees ignored us. They seemed occupied with online orders and did not have time for the walk in customer or even acknowledge we were waiting. We finally left and went to another coffee establishment and were served. The business model being used to ignore walk in traffic with courtesy and in a timely manner has turned off a long time walk in customer.

I used to work here decades ago, and this shop has always been a busy staple of the company. I hadn't been in here in forever, and needed food for the family, so I figured I'd give it a go! I'll never be back. The place is half updated, sadly, the food side looks run down and dirty, the menu is a fraction of other locations, telling me consistency of quality and uniformity of options isn't a priority.
What bothered me more is that it clearly said on the door, "max 8 ppl", and they tried hard to have floor placements for safety, but customers piled in on each other, and not one employee redirected them to follow protocols.
That risks everyone.
The waitstaff were kind albeit a bit slow, but I can tell that the company isn't what it used to be. That's a shame, because I know I'd support them over big chains.

I’m a Starbucks gold card holder. Love Starbucks. However, never opposed to finding a local coffee shop with quality coffee.
This store is solid and of substance. While I cannot speak to their good selections l, I have busting about five times. The selection of decade sugar free lattes is good and the taste is even more incredible than your standard coffee. The folks here appreciate their overall craft and enjoy meeting newer patrons.
While the prices are higher than a typically WaWa and somewhat close to Starbucks, you get what you seek in quality.
Give it a try and I think you’ll find the taste is unquestionably good.

There's nothing better than a brouhaha on a Sunday morning getting down with the wicked. Great coffee great pastries they make the best chicken salad sandwich this side of the Mississippi.

Love the energy of this place, and the drinks were even better! Barista Julia gave me a lovely suggestion for a very tasty drink. The service was amazing!

Coffee and pastries are great. Sandwiches are good but not as good as at their Kennett Pike location.
Service....sometimes it's great and people are friendly but some of the team members are....not pleasant to interact with, especially in the morning.

I came in to order my normal breakfast sandwich with is the Florentine. However the young lady that was making it was in such a rush that she forgot i order sausage on my sandwich she also did not chop the spinach to much chutney the sandwich was just thrown together. It was horrible then i asked her was my sausage on my sandwich she say sorry and didn’t heat up the sausage just thru it in on the sandwich yo say the last i was not a happy customer . The manager who is a great guy made sandwich over. Thank you

Brew Ha Ha never disappoints, and so always earns the five stars I give it. My wife remarked on the fact that no matter which shop you go to, the staff are always pleasant, and the bagels stuffed with cream cheese - not to mention the as almond shortbread - are out of this world. The coffee's no slouch, either!

Love Brew Ha Ha, they have the best coffee around and love the Brandywine Brewing roaster they use! Their cheddar and chive scone and spinach breakfast croissant are divine! 4/5 stars only because I can only go there if I have time in the morning to wait. I can't be in a rush because there is usually a longer wait than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.
