S/0 to your man simba!! ( I walk in to capital one bank to get some money off the atm and within the first 10 sec my brother greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service! This is the second time we have come in and been greeted with the same smile & service! It is always appreciated! Thank you!

Okay I enjoyed my experience at Capital OneCafe Jasmine was a great help with setting up the app setting on my cap One app. She also showed me how to do cardless withdrawal.

I come to this cafe quite often for work and the space is absolutely incredible not to mention the excellent staff who are always available if I have a need, especially Simba. The discounts as a Captial One cardholder is a nice additional perk too.

I truly would say this is one of the most pleasant, if not the most pleasant, experience I have had at a coffeeshop. The employees are truly what make it. They are so friendly and run an absolutely amazing team. The drinks taste great, the employees have a great attitude, and the clearly work hard to keep everything very clean. They have a community space as well as a private nook (like a private room) to get work done that is first-come, first-serve. On the weekends in July and August, they have an amazing deal where everything is 1 dollar! An absolutely amazing deal and an amazing time. Truly couldn't recommend this coffee shop and its employees enough.
