Just a wonderful place with great staff. Food is delicious and the coffees are the best

It's unfortunate when a place with really good coffee/ food falls short due to inefficiency and indifference. This location is the slowest Boston Coffeehouse I've been to. And yes, it gets pretty busy during peak hours, but so do the other locations I've visited. I waited 15 extra mins for a sandwich that was already prepared and ready to go due to the employees not realizing it because there was no name ticket on the container (common sense need not apply). They only figured it out after I had asked for my order to be canceled, since I couldn't wait any longer. I had already inquired once 10 mins into waiting. I even arrived 12 mins past the estimated "ready time". The employees have a very apathetic demeanor, the complete opposite of employees at the Altamonte and Deltona locations who are very attentive and personable.
This is about my 10th time at this location and I have never had a nice experience. Sadly this will be my last visit to this location.

This is one our favorite coffee shops in DeLand. We live in Orlando and we take a motorcycle ride to this coffee shop for breakfast 🥞🍳 the food and coffee are always yummy.

Great choices . Food is delicious with a wide variety of healthy choices. The coffee choices are all delicious and my favorite is the frozen Nutty Irish Lady . Bring a friend to share the large portion of their wide variety of scrumptious desserts. Love the cozy atmosphere and friendly service

the coffee is delicious here. Only thing is that the staff aren't the friendliest. And I specifically asked for a lot of whipped cream and I got almost none. But honestly the coffee is good.

Coffee was STRONG, food was tasty, the atmosphere is the real winner here and loved the local, warm, neighborhood feel of it! Didn't get to try any sweets, fancy drinks, or pastries... But they were very busy on a Sunday morning with lots of people of all ages. Prices were fair too.

Great find! Excellent iced coffee, desserts looked incredible but our soups, salads, turkey reubens and ham on pretzel buns were much too filling and delicious to indulge. I would go back for coffee and dessert anytime, just coffee and/or another lunch. Service was great and a varied menu that will certainly please anyone.

It was ok. Next time I will have to try and be of the pastries they have maybe it will increase, but I got the power protein wrap and ice coffee. It was ok. It was kind of bland. Nothing special.

Its a little crowded. Thw food is awesome though first time customer. If I'm in the area I will come by again. @djant863

I'm from Massachusetts. When I walked in the decor made me feel like I was in the North End, or at least Moran's in Attleboro.

You might have to wait for a table, it's worth it. The coffee is bold, full bodied. Do not mistake bitter coffee for strong coffee, that Seattle place serves bitter coffee, not strong coffee. Here the coffee is full of flavor but doesn't bite your tongue. My waffle was big, fluffy and done just right. Even though the place was completely packed, plus a steady stream of takeout business the service was top notch.

This place does everything right. There is a parking lot next door so you don't have to park under Boston Garden and take the 'T'.
