The cashier was making crazy eye contact while we read the walls to find the menu. No paper menu and I’m indecisive in new places so it took me a minute and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. Really bad energy

$3.97 for a medium size 16oz drip coffee? Cannot imagine what a 20oz would cost. $5? Crazy expensive! Must be 2000% mark up. Regarding Barista with short brown hair on other 1 star comment, yes I am in agreement. She is rude & unfriendly.

Stacey and if crew are the friendliest. Terrific coffee every time and the bagels are large and filling. Not like these other bake shop that have a miniature bagels with the price of a full one. Thank you Urban Grind.

Don't waste your time... They missed my order, and stood there looking at me for thirty minutes, and never asked if I needed help. When I asked where my order was, the girl who took my order said, "I don't remember you". Are you kidding!? Either she's brain dead, or I was waiting so long they forgot who I was. No offer for a refund or even an apology.

I was making it a habit to go there regularly, usually when they're not busy (10-11 am), and never once did I get the impression they even knew who I was.

Such a shame. Seemed like a cool place to get a coffee...

The icing on the cake was when I came out to my truck to find a $25 parking ticket! What a day I'll tell you. Lol...

Either way, I'm now going to Bold Bean and the coffee and service is on a whole nother level... Amazing to say the least.

I'd recommend others stay away too... It's not worth the hassle or dealing with the crummy surrounding anyways.

I'm a Jax native who has been to many coffee shops in and around the river city, and this was my first time going to Urban Grind. Will be back. Fantastic outdoor seating and ambiance

Smells terrible inside. Felt rushed inside so unfortunately not a good experience. Won’t be back. Barista w short brown hair was unpleasant.

Best chicken salad in downtown Jax! The Tropical smoothie is quite delicious as well. No refills on tea though.. i mean it costs them pennies, maybe a dime.
