Aroma Joe's Coffee House & Drive Thru

Disappointing to say the least. Long wait to get drink, ordered drink, took about 10 minutes to get the drink, and it was the incorrect drink. Staff appeared to be overwhelmed teens with no customer service experience or attention to detail. First impressions are lasting impressions.

2022Apr Quality of service and product is still great but there are children, friends of a young employee I assume, loitering in and outside and generally being a nuisance. Additionally these children thought it would be a good idea to be watching my phone through the window and to then approach me outside with details from my messages. Harmless in this situation but an invasion of privacy nonetheless and wouldn't have happened at all if they had any business being there at all. They didn't buy anything and an old lady almost tripped on the bicycle they left outside.

2022 I've been going more often. The food is phenomenal and the prices very reasonable. Coffee, sandwich and a waffle for $10 cannot be beaten. And the quality is great except that one time I got a cold waffle. But even then it still tasted good. Would rate higher than 5 if I could.

Very friendly staff and owners. Strong selection of quality robust coffee. Also has basically any other type of drink you can think of. There are many different flavors, a great deal of them are which are vegan-friendly and staff is willing to check and make sure of ingredients for you. Plenty of non dairy milks: oat, almond, coconut AND soy. Gluten-free packaged treats available. Doesn't have a TON of vegan food options but pretty solid with bagels and peanut butter for spread, plain pretzels (w/marinara dipping sauce) and oatmeal. Free open wifi. Great place to grab or stay to work/study.

I wanted to like the coffee because I prefer local coffee shops. But it just wasn’t there for me. My coffee was overly bitter and the cinnamon sugar pretzel lacked a lot of luster. The employees are nice so I hate leaving a negative review. But I ordered a flavored coffee (that was 5 cent more than Starbucks and in a smaller cup) that tasted like it had no flavor.

Recent Update: decided to try them one more time after a year. Stopped in at 7:30 for a latte (they close at 9). Couldn’t make me a latte because they cleaned the machine already. Why would they clean the machine an hour and a half before close! Usually that’s done at closing. Sorry guys, but it’s still a no for me.

Went here today for the first time after hearing so much about it. I got a chocolate raspberry macchiato and it was soo good. They have so many flavor options! My favorite thing is customer service and they were so kind and friendly and genuine. I also love that they are Christian based. I will definitely be back. Bye bye Starbucks!

This is by far the best coffee shop around. My wife and I were traveling and just had to stop. The two girls working filled a special request when I asked them to do something cute for her on our bag when we ordered. They truly create those facebook moments even when nobody is filming ❤️❤️❤️

Frozen white chocolate hot chocolate is the new favorite. Great stuff in here.

New FAVORITE coffee shop! The service was amazing, so kind and helpful. And the coffee was the best I've had in recent memory. Beyond happy with my purchase today. Dunkin and Starbucks have nothing on their variety of flavors and choices. Lots of sugar free options for those watching calories too.

Aroma Joe's is amazing!! I'm your basic chick and I've always wanted a relationship with a coffee shop like you see on Friends! Thanks to the people at Aroma Joe's y'all made my dream come true! I love going through the drive thru in the evening and they already know my order! My 8 year old says that Aroma Joe's is better than Dunkin and Starbucks! When we have family visit from out of state Aroma Joe's is always on the top of the list of places to go! I can't say enough good things about this friendly, clean neighborhood coffee shop!!

My family has been Aroma Joe's regulars since discovering the Land O' Lakes location. Delicious coffee, good breakfast food items and friendly people.
