Friendly service. Clean and nicely decorated. Food was good but I was disappointed that they were out of chicken salad. They said they ran out yesterday at lunch and they needed to make more. Wondering why they didn't make more for today then. They have about 5 menu items that include their chicken salad.
My husband had the Asiago Roast Beef and said that it was better than Panera's.

Walked in the door, someone hollered from the back they'd be right with me. As I waited, heard someone in the back working and swearing don't know at what exactly. Finally a lady emerged and took my order and my money and told me it would be just a minute, then went right back into the back and straight to work, bypassing handwashing sink. A couple of minutes later, customer walks in who placed order ahead of time. Lady walks out, greets customer and goes back to retrieve his order. Proceeds back to register to ring him out. Then returns back to the work area again bypassing the handwashing sink. Returning a couple of minutes later with my sandwich. She was polite and friendly but I was very concerned about the lack of proper hygiene especially in today's world. And the sandwich was mediocre, this was my first visit to Bagel13.

The bagels are really good. I buy extra and freeze some and they toast very well. The cream cheese options are very good. I had a salad recently that was very good!

Had breakfast there today. Their bagel’n’lox is delicious. Gave me cup with hot water so I can have my own tea. My wife loved their organic coffee syrup selection. Will eat here again when passing by.

They always have some girl working the counter with the IQ of a banana who doesn't understand anything you say, it's incredibly annoying. They're constantly out of various bagels because obviously the idea of stocking a sufficient amount is beyond their level of ability. Ok we sell 70 everything bagels every Saturday for the past year, but let's order 30 of them. The system they use for you to pay tries to extort you out of a tip. Why would you tip a person just to stand at the counter and take your order who can't even do that properly. Tips are for waitresses and waiters who hustle and run around to bring you food while you sit on your butt, tips are for pizza drivers that use gasoline and put wear and tear on their vehicle to bring you a pizza at your home.

Not a quick breakfast stop, at 9am it took about 25 minutes for two bagels to go. A customer in front of us and his young daughter ate their long awaited 'to go' order while they waited on their smoothie, which took another 5-10 minutes

Always nice staff Food is always on point But for some reason this morning ordered my original BLT on everything bagel and All I got was the LT where the hell is the bacon

Awesome food, but they apparently dont like to answer the phone a lot. Or they stepped out for some reason. Tried calling multiple times over the span of an hour to place an order and never got an answer. This is not the first occurrence either.

I went in with my boyfriend and let me tell you the moment i walked in i felt like i shouldve never came in ! very unwelcomed this women who i assume was the manager gave us a really nasty look and was extremely rude especially to her employees the girl who took our order was young and super friendly and accommodated us the best she could but the manager was making it difficult for her im surprised at how well the girl handled her because she was just a nasty person . The manager went to cook the food we ordered and was yelling at her the whole time i felt really bad for her ! They clearly need new management !

I think the food here is great! The only reason I'm giving a 1 star review is because of the experience I had today... I had ended going here around 1:35pm on Saturday the 31st of March, with my husband and our five year old son to grab something to go due to the fact my son wasn't feeling well... We get up to the counter and (I wish I would've grabbed her name 😒) the lady running the register at that moment asked what we'd like and how she could help us... My husband asked if they by chance had any salmon and lox and she informed him that they had actually been 86 that particular item which wasn't a problem at all.. Then she informed us with a bit of an underline attitude and said "And by the way we close in 20 mins" .. My husband and I were confused because on the door it said they were open till 3pm... She then threw her hands up and and was like no one knows we close at 2, looked at the other lady who was working with an attitude and proceeded to ask her "Why does everyone think we close at 3!" my husband then politely and kind of confused by her reaction answered with "oh, I'm sorry, we thought it was 3.". Cause that's what the front door says where the hours were written... She then stormed around the counter towards the front door and shoved the door open and proceeded to rudely point out a paper sign taped to the front door, by jabbing the glass were it was repeatedly, that apparently stated that they were closing at 2pm. Then she threw her hands up once again and walked back to the counter to take our order... But I grabbed my son's hand and said let's go hun and my husband agreed. She tried to tell us to order, but in all honesty with as big of a deal as she made it and as rude as she was while doing it we had no desire to stay... Now don't get me wrong, my husband and I are both in the food industry, and if we would've known they closed in about 20-30 mins we would've gone somewhere else to begin with. It was just a complete misunderstanding of the hours that day, but if she would've politely just been like " We usually do close at 3, but our hours are different today, and are posted on the white paper taped to the door" we would've apologized for not noticing it, and still gladly left as to let them close without the last minute cleanup from helping us... But her over the top attitude completely ruined this location for us. We took our business elsewhere, and we suggest you go to another bagel 13.
