Foxtail Coffee - Downtown Winter Garden

Good quality coffee at a fair price. Can be a little crowded at times but overall service is quick. If you are concerned with sitting space avoid Saturday morning due to the Farmers Market. To date my order has never been incorrect. FYI they do not accept cash, probably because of the new world orders push to control the money supply...lol. Stop by and try it out.

I jacked up my order by adding Stevia to a Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew through the app, and when I got to the location Diego advised me that it would be sweet and diluted it for me. Jules (a worker there), kept me company while my drink was being fixed. Awesome place. Great vibes. I’ll be back very soon!

I go out of my way to pass Starbucks and support local (Orlando) based Foxtail. Great location, nice ambiance but terrible service. Not sure if the staff doesn't care or just loathes their customers. Couldn't feel less welcomed each time I visit. Another issue is this location doesn't take cash. When asked I why, "some of our locations have been robbed". Hilarious! This location is on Plant Street DIRECTLY across the street from the Winter Garden Police Department. They don't accept cash for purchase BUT they accept cash tips with a jar full of it on the counter. Cash is king for tips (tax avoidance) but not for purchases. Foxtail franchisees need to stick with the Foxtail culture and not become another Starbucks. Treat your customers like you understand that you are there for them.

Great environment, cold ac. The folks who work here are dedicated to the craft and you can taste it in every cup. I love working there for a few hours and enjoying amazing latte's. With addition of beer it is a great place to wind down after work.

Had the best coffee ever made with love by Diego and such a delicious sandwich too. Spend some nice quality time with my little girl, great atmosphere to go along with it.

Unfortunately this is my third or fourth time in here where the service is always very slow and doesn't compare to the WP location.
The last time I was in there was on Thursday, this young girl with pink/purple hair didn't even notice I walked in as I was standing there a few minutes. I asked another gentleman who was also there waiting if he was waiting to order and he said no he was waiting for his coffee. I went over to Kellys ice cream to ask if Foxtail was even open. Apparently the girl who was talking to the Kellys employee didn't even see me walk in. Please train employees better.

I went today and my drink was done by Natasha.she recommended a Caffe Latte With Hazelnut,Vanilla and Condense milk. It was delicious! She was amazing. Very sweet and took good care of us. The drink was perfect . I definitely would recommend this location . The place is clean and staff is constantly wiping tables & counters. They also wear mask which I appreciate. Great experience overall!
