These people are vicious and unreasonable to their own kind. Their customer service is trash.
1) Why do you have a bar if your not capable of serving individuals at the bar and provide reasonable customer service ? You claim to be like other established coffee business such as Dunkin Donuts /StarBucks (which you are not ) and what they do/dont. That’s just an excuse to allow lackadaisical attitude and poor unexamined behavior towards customers. (Probably just black)

From the first time I visited the Black Coffee Atl 131 Walker Street Sw I’ve had nothing but awesome vibes. Not only is the staff phenomenal but they deliver outstanding customer service. The ambiance is second to non and it’s family oriented. They will continue to receive my support. I will do whatever to ensure this space remains positive and a safe space for healthy and artistic talent.

This coffee cafe has a very relaxing atmosphere and the coffee is pretty good.

I traveled into Atlanta for a doctor's appointment. I love coffee and my hotel had horrible coffee. I was on a mission to find a good cup of coffee while in town. I went into this amazing coffee shop that had the best coffee I have ever had. The staff was very helpful and kind! Five stars!!

I am a Poet & had the pleasure of performing at their open mic event back in June which is held on Wednesdays. The vibe was very chill & welcoming😊 Black coffee provides a safe space for artists to showcase their craft & not to mention their menu is TOP NOTCH! I will continue to show my support to this establishment! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Quaint coffee shop in the heart of downtown. Adequate parking, great lattes. Also do cocktails and live performances at night that seem cool.

I like this place. My favorite part is the handmade breakfast sandwiches (yes, not pre packaged) and the coffee is usually good! Wish they had more staff, wait time after 10am is usually 20+ minutes so this isn’t great.
but we’ll charge it to being new and just opening up. Also sometimes wish they were more consistent with making the drinks/food and it tasting the same or made to the recipe. Besides this, would recommend this place!

This place is really dope. We went on a Saturday night. We met 2 of the owners and they were really nice. It was almost like being at a friend's house. We enjoyed ourselves. They have some of the best and cleanest smoking hookah in the city. Drinks are priced well also. I wish them much success and hope they expand to Gwinnett!! Thank you for the vibes and hospitality!
