I went to another coffee shop nearby and they were closed so I googled coffee shops and came across Black Coffee. I slammed my finger in the car door on the way in and the guys showed concern and gave me items to care for my cut. The coffee was delicious and the staff were warm and professional. The music and vibe are really chill. Support this black owned business!

This place has such a nice vibe!
The staff made great recommendations. Jalen is so fun and so friendly. Alyx made a delicious latte for me!! This is my first (but not last) visit. I tried the most popular latte, "Light Skin Kiesha." So yummy!!
Definitely check this place out guys and gals! ☕

Lovely experience!! The space is full and great for working The light skin Keisha is a perfect blend without it being too sweet. The lavender definitely sets it off. The Love Below is a 12/10!! Best caramel macchiato I’ve had!!

Yo! Ok so the marathon(pour over black coffee) is the one! Really chill, good music, nice people, and really creative drinks. Came up from South Carolina and will defiantly be coming back whenever I’m back in town! Thanks a ton y’all

Finally had a chance to check this place out and it is amazing. The atmosphere and customer service provided an above board experience where you are actually spoken to, given descriptions of the choices and blends of coffee and loose leaf tea!! Texas Sweet Tea & California gold are both aromatic and a lovely sip of tea that I highly recommend. My mother is more of a coffee drinker and grabbed some K Cups for her Keurig at home of Brazil - Fazenda Alta Vista so she can savor the flavor at home. A must try place. I plan to come back and enjoy working from black coffee in the cozy chairs with free wifi!! #blackcoffee!!!!

We had a blast at Black Coffee ATL the experience is way more than just a cup of coffee. We ordered a coffee and cookies though they have so much more .Its really the vibe and experience you pay for it’s black owned family owned by an HBCU alum .There are typically a few small businesses set up inside the shop so you actually feel like you are giving back and empowering the people .They have a vegan vending machine which are rare but its not just about the rarity but adds to the feeling of inclusiveness for everyone .They work with a long list of small business in the area that you can see painted on the wall inside so they was cool to see. The vibes really scream community empowerment and love as a matter of fact when you walk in in big letters on the beams it says community empowerment how could you not love that . All the items on the menu are named after urban culture items or people for instance one of my faves on the menu is the light skin Keisha if your from Atlanta most likely you know who that is . The cookies where home made and pretty bomb honestly .There events such as yoga Sunday’s and open mic Tuesdays are dope its just a long list of great things about this place its definitely a must visit while in the city.

Best coffee spot I’v been to lately. I needed a boost and was provided a good recommendation with lavender sweetener - awesome! Friendly staff, just a dope vibe in this place. I was thinking about getting a hoodie but didn't have my size. I’ll definitely be back!
