Love this place. Fantastic staff, great food, cool vibe.

Best place to go to for circular bread! Honestly I love every single employee at this Einstein's. They crack me up and start my day off right. The food is great.

They mess up the order occasionally but are always polite and quick to fix a mistake. I only go here in the mornings but it's always clean and my food is made fresh. I like this place. A teense overpriced, but just a smidge.

The bagels were fabulous and always a hit at work. I also got a coffee which was pretty good. They do lack variety of creamers and flavorings for your coffee though.

The food is good but they got our order wrong AGAIN. Customers, if you're getting take out, check your order before you leave the store!!! Super annoying because there's no way we can get compensated without going back to the store...

Rolled out of bed on Sunday and drove over to pick up breakfast for my wife and I (at her rather aggressive "suggesting"). Picked up a couple of farmhouse breakfast sandwiches with a Chai Tea Latte. Service was prompt & friendly. This place is a definite win every time.

I enjoy going to Einstein bagels. The service can be hit or miss as one reviewer noted. However, the food is great and I like going to get coffee and waiting for my freshly toasted bagel. My favorite is the lox bagel. I prefer the food and atmosphere to Starbucks. I also like the fact that their wrapping is eco-friendly. They do have wifi but I don't use it.

If I were the corporate leaders of Einstein bagels, I would look into improving the efficiency of ordering and collecting money. The current system is not as fast as some customers expect, and I think that the customers like getting their drinks right away even if their food is not ready. Also, I would look into more intimate seating and lower lighting similar to the recent McDonalds upgrades.

Not impressed with the guy working there. The signs were misleading. And he couldn’t bother to tell me they were closed. Never been there before. Was just picking something up for my mom. Or at least trying too.

The wait is way too long. I asked for a salt bagel and the cashier replied, "Two potato bagels." WTH? They frequently screw up orders. Most recent time they then said, "You'll have to wait about an hour." UPDATE: They always screw up the orders.
