Everytime I order a coffee or smoothie , it turns out different. When I take it back , the baristas are very rude and annoyed with me. Last time I ordered a smoothie it was so watery and literally tasted like nothing but the milk they put in. I took it back and asked for extra frozen fruit and maybe a little more coconut Lopez. She was not happy at all and then gave it back to me with a TON of coconut Lopez causing it to be overwhelmingly sweet. The blended coffees are also a hit and miss. They’re either too watery or they taste like nothing. I will be sticking to Jamba Juice and Double Shot atleast they have consistency and a kind staff.

Used to have a five star rating but lately customer service has gone down hill. Wait time is extremely high. Only one window is ever open and my order is usually made wrong.

I am a HUGE java lover. I lived in IF and went to Java often, I also go to the Blackfoot Java. Pocatello is the only location I have ever been to where the customer service is absolutely terrible. The girls that work there are catty and extremely rude. I even talked to the owner not to long ago regarding his employees and how i was treated and I continue to have bad experiences. So sad when I feel like i have to go to Blackfoot to at least get good customer service or at least pray that one of the friendly guys is working.

It's a drive in for coffee. 4 cars ahead of me, total of 9 coffees, no food. Took them 30 minutes, no chatting up customers... No they are just SLOW!

This is the best coffee stop! Their white coffee is amazing 😍 All the workers are so sweet and helpful. Sometimes I want to try something new and they are really good at suggesting something. I would go everyday if I could ♥️

I tried this place once, several months back and it left a sour experience for me. However, I went again recently and I'm glad I gave them a second chance. Great mocha.👌🏼

Affordable, delicious smoothies with extremely friendly staff and prompt business. First time trying it out and love the Strawberry Split Smoothie.

My daughter and I went for the first and last time yesterday. The coffee was the nastiest tasting coffee I've ever drank neither my daughter or my self could drink them 10 dollars literally down the drain. NEVER GOING BACK
