Great coffee shop on lake Street between Wells and Franklin. Ive only had their nitro cold brew and regular black coffee and I'm a fan of both. This is definitely my preferred cup of coffee in the loop.
Also one day I made the walk all the way there to only realize I had left my wallet at work. Of course I'm super embarrassed and I tell the counter staff I'll need to run to the office real quick but instead the young lady said coffee is on the house, thanks again.

Definitely recommend getting their pour over vs. a typical americano. The flavor is unmatched! Their service is also great - Even if there’s a line they’ll take your order while you wait to pay.

Great sandwiches but bad ownership. When I come in every morning as well as my co workers from next door for breakfast etc and all of a sudden we lose our discount but the residents who live in our building still gets theirs?? So does that mean the whole team over here has to move in, in order to get a discount? Sounds Petty if you ask me. No more "BS" in 2020!! Thanks but no thanks

Brilliant coffee that does more than enough to delight. I look forward to coming back here again.

Friendly staff that make great coffee. My go-to Cortado is always on point. The location is on the small side, not somewhere to linger. But I like it that way - no smug MacBook users sipping all day on their matcha lattes taking up oxygen. If you like good coffee without a fuss, and you're in the area I'd recommend dropping by.

Big Shoulders is some of the best coffee around. Every espresso shot tastes great. If you really enjoy the subtleties of flavor from a well pulled espresso then you'll love this place.

Big Shoulders Coffee is a treasure in the neighborhood around my office. A stop with a cup of drip coffee carefully prepared with a rotating selection or fresh ground beans from around the 🌎 makes a return to the office palatable ☕

Maybe 1:30 isn't the time to go in? I happened by and thought I could go for a good, non-chain coffee. Met by three uninterested (in me) staff who seemed bored and unfriendly. Bought the coffeeanyway but opted out of any snacks. The donuts - paticularly the maple cream bacon one, looked great. I will admit that sipping the coffee had me bump up to three stars. This is a good robust coffee.

Me and my friend have to meet in Congress Pkwyso decided to wait while havinh a cup of coffee... barista asked me if I wanted a pour over coz he said it has better flavor so I did go for it since I have all the time to wait. It didn't take that much time, just a few mins and its done.

Amazing beans, and fantastic prices. Plus you get ANY free drink when you buy a bag of beans. The white nitro coldbrew is to die for, try to take more than 30 minutes to drink it, nope, impossible.
