BIGGBY COFFEE

This was my first time trying Biggby’s, and there coffee is pretty good! We went through the drive-thru, and got two iced coffees and the staff were super nice! I’ll definitely be going back!

Stopped by drive-thru Saturday morning around 7:30-:35 for a simple small coffee. Three customers, already ordered, in drive-thru line ahead of me and I was waiting at the ordering microphone. Two cars behind me. A walk up customer pulled up in front, parked and ordered from outside. Those of us in the drive-thru should have been served BEFORE the walk up customer. We had been waiting. When I finally got to the window for my order, the walk-up customer was given his coffee's, which was more than my simple order, and was on his way. My time is just as valuable as any other customer. There should be a protocol to serve First Come, First Served.

It was our first time going to Biggby’s, I never been to any in Indiana besides one of them in Michigan til tonight. Definitely recommend this drink: large iced caramel marvel! It’s good and they have lots of options, will come back to try other drinks as well! Excited that there’s another coffee place around!!

Waited out that's a drive-through for what seemed like forever with no acknowledgment that I was even out there. Wasn't sure if they were closed or not but it was during business hours. Finally after about 5 minutes I drove around and she told me she was sorry she was about to take my order so I left and went somewhereelse. She said she was on the phone.

I'm a door dasher and when I pick an order up they force us to sign a paper and if we don't they refuse to give the order to us they said it's Doordasher policy that's NOT TRUE AT ALL and there the only place that wants doordashers to sign a paper if you refuse to sign it they become very rude I will turn down any order from that place for now on.

I'm so happy this place popped up near my work! & service has been consistently friendly since they opened.

The coffee is just okay but beats having to drive 20 mins or so just for an iced coffee from a coffee shop. That being said, it does seem to take about 20 mins or so in the drive thru everytime which gets annoying....as does their famous question they ask before anything else when you pull up to pay.....do you want to leave a tip? Kinda rude in my opinion when you don't take a customer's order or 5 or 10 minutes at the ordering box and then want to re-greet them with are you leaving me a tip? I have never gone to a restaurant and before sitting down at the table the waiter ask us, are you leaving me a tip? Perhaps provide better service in a timely manner and have our drinks ready at the window like any other place or at least one of if multiple, hand them to your customer, and then collect payment as the rest of the order is being made and then throw in your thirsty tip question.

I Wish I could do a 4.5. The staff is always super nice and friendly. I love that there is a coffee place in Avilla. The missing star is due to the amount of time it takes to get a drink. Not fast but not terrible. Thanks for the good service!

Love the sweet foam salted caramel cold brew and the ham and cheese bragel. So good!

Owners have very little knowledge or experience, can order the same drink daily and it will come out different every time. Was hopping for a decent coffee shop when I heard about it opening but they clearly can’t keep people because it’s new people everyday and I’m certain it’s due to management and lack of professionalism. They also handle money without gloves and handle the food and drinks. Witnessed it on multiple occasions.
