What is wrong with the people working there they are very rude and slow also why are they so offensive to doordashers picking up orders for their customers I listen to one of the girls get very very rude to a doordasher very unprofessional

We got a 20oz iced mocha mocha, a 20oz banana berry smoothie and 2 sausage, egg and cheese bragels with a cheddar jalapeno bagel. Everything tasted amazing! We didn't eat the bagels until 20mins after leaving the drive thru and they were still hot because of the foil wrapping which we liked very much. We went on a Sunday and the wait was really long because there was so many people, that's my only complaint but that's not something that can be helped. Every where has it's days where they're super busy. The girls were very nice and as quick as they could be.

The Avilla Bigby staff is so friendly and kind. They make such great drinks and I love the holiday choices!

Two different people made our four drinks. One person made them absolutely amazingly while the other .. I'm not really sure what they were trying to make but it was disgusting. Wasted money on two out of four drinks basically. All four drinks were exactly the same - four caramel marvels. Nothing changed.. nothing extra. Didn't they notice one was insanely darker than the other?

Super friendly people, always very nice! Haven't had an unpleasant interaction in the slightest. Coffee is good, not my personal favorite, but I stop by pretty much every day on the way to work

Been here about 5 times since they've opened. Staff is always super friendly and have liked everything I've tried so far. Especially the coffee cake muffins! Happy to have somewhere to get coffee close to work 😁

Wonderful coffee, ordered pre-packed for home, it’s just as good, only thing we miss at home is the wonderful and friendly staff! Always make our day seeing their faces!

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I am an avid matcha latte addict. I was really excited to have a coffee place that served matcha in my home town, but I have to say this. If you like matcha, DO NOT get their matcha latte, unless you want to pay 7 dollars for a cup of hot or iced milk with a dash of green food coloring. Very disheartened. I will stick to Starbucks. Its cheaper anyway.
