Mocha Lounge Dupont

Went to Mocha Lounge for the first time. Took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge us at the counter, then took 15+ minutes to get our drinks. I think I was overcharged too. I ordered a medium iced chai & was charged $6. It was good, but definitely wasn't worth $6! Then they either forgot to make my friend's drink or just never announced it was ready & someone else took it, but after almost 20 minutes, she still didn't have her drink. They barely apologized. Cute place, great drinks, but service was poor. I won't return to this location.

I had a mocha at mocha lounge since it was the namesake of the business. It was a pretty good mocha! It had a rich coffee taste and the chocolate was not overwhelming. The atmosphere of the coffee shop was nice too. The music they were playing was pretty good and the decorations were nice. Pretty good experience overall.

The cold brew was good but dare I say not cold enough. Which is funny because a lot of places (like Starbucks) put too much ice in and I was happy to see that they didn't fill the glass full of ice but it actually could have used more. That location always struggles with having enough parking unfortunately and you always have people parking in no-parking spots all over the place. It was a beautiful day to sit outside and I would love if they had more outdoor tables there. The staff are usually pretty friendly and all the snacks I've had there have been good. Great vibe and stmosphere inside. goodly amount of seating inside

Their food, like their quiches and baked goods are great. I like that they have vegan and paleo options - you don’t see that a lot in Fort Wayne. But - every time I’ve ordered a hot latte from here, it tastes awful. I’ve tried three times and now I’m giving up.

Waited in the drive through on a Sunday for 38 minutes only for them to forget my 3 splenda in the Americano I ordered. I'll never go back. Despite the no splenda....coffee was still gross.

Coffee is good. Staff was friendly, but order too for ever! They prepared the drink and set it by the window instead of handing it to us. Seemed understaffed. Let is set there a good 5 minutes before coming back and giving to us. Large size was like a medium elsewhere.

Love their selection of drinks, we tried drive thru since there was no parking and it was really slow. But as always, great coffee!

I love mocha lounge!! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help! If you go thru the drive thru sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but it is always worth it in my opinion! Plus I love that they are a local coffee shop! So happy they built the north location since it's so much closer to home for me!

Absolutely my favorite coffee shop. Kind staff. Lovely ambience. Great, unique drinks. Their wifi is fast, and the customers are usually very nice. I have visited during COVID and feel safe distancing from others while getting my work done. I do miss the games and extra seats (thanks COVID), but I appreciate their diligence!

Today's experience as far as quality wasn't good at all. Our 4 peppermint stix lattes tasted like plain coffee and the banana nut miffins were very dry. I spent $40 dollars and nothing tasted very good, so I won't be visiting again. Everyone was very nice, but my nice surprise for my family wasn't very tasty.
