Customer service needs a lot of work. One of the employees (manager?) was surprisingly defensive when they messed up our order two days in a row. Once they added flavor, the other time the coffee was watered down. The establishment needs to revise its policy regarding how they treat customers when they return drinks. Own the problem. Replace the drink. Offer refund or equal compensation for customer time.

The folks there are real friendly n the atmosphere is so cozy n comfortable! The coffee is delicious ... Everytime my daughter comes from SC we have to go there so she can buy some to take back home with her, she likes it so much!

I loved their coffee the other day so I sent my hubby for some today while I was at work and unfortunately I found a hair in my cup that had a lid on so I know it's not mine. Just upsetting , really needed this pick me up but can't drink it now.

You just cannot find a more friendly staff or a better cup of coffee. There are many choices to choose from. I encourage you to go and taste a different one every day. Just tell them HARRY sent ya!! Ya won't get a discount. Buy you will get a big smile.

Love their coffee and the smoothies are amazing and taste so fresh. The employee's are always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a good coffee.

I waited in line for 20 minutes with only 1 person in front of me. This person was picking up an order and the cashier left her station to help carry everything to her car. I won't return. Other employees were behind the counter while I, along with customers behind me just stood there waiting on this cashier to come back in. I finally left.

I really enjoyed the Vanilla Ice Coffee I bought from here. I will definitely be back.

I live less then a block from this cozy cafe! IN FACT I JUST WENT THRRE THIS MORNING! I recommend the iced or frapped turtle coffee! The staffs always polite and helpful as I like to try and get something new every time, and they always have great recommendations that have never let me down! They have a bike rack which is great for me bc I live so close. I have also been thru their drive-thru. Great service. MY daughter was saying hi to the staff and they gave her stickers and a cookie! Cozy and warmly decorated inside. Very clean! PLEASE STOP IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE!!! GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT ATOMOSPHERE!

Good selection of drinks. Cinnamon rolls are very good. Employees are nice and very good at what they do.

I always enjoy that I'm not rushed to decide what I want. They're always quick to offer assistance without being pushy. The coffee is always enjoyable. It's nice to have a HomeTown coffee shop instead of a big name!
