Einstein Bros. Bagels

Really great bagel sandwiches and coffee at reasonable prices. They've definitely improved in quality over time. Only thing is it's really loud in their, even when it's mostly empty due to the acoustics and music.

Some GOOD bagels!! All kinds of bagels, different shmears (cream cheeses), different meals to do with the bagels (pizza, ham sandwich, etc.), all kinds of good. Super yummy! And definitely sign up for the rewards program. They send you coupons in your email all the time!

This place needs to take a week off to deep clean and renovate. There aren't many of these left and I still like the food, but this place makes me sad. The inch deep of crumbs in the front of their display case is upsetting. The employees work hard, but it does often seem like they need more workers.

The first time I was there I asked if their bagels were vegan and the worker said yes. Today I asked if there was any eggs or milk in their multigrain roll and the worker did not hesitate and said no, there isn’t. Her coworker proceeds to turn around and says, what was the question? Then says ALL the dough has eggs in it. This means I consumed eggs my first visit because a worker feigned confidence in her knowledge. This serves as a red flag to all vegans and people with food allergies.

The food always taste great. They recently switched to Caribou coffee, which I definitely think is worse than the store brand they previously served. The hours of the store may change during University breaks.

So many great bagels and spreads! Their twice-baked hash browns are unique and delicious! Excellent coupons in the rewards program, too!

Great deal on Mondays with 13 bagels for 7! Don't go late in the day as selection can get very spotty. EDIT: I stopped shopping here when they ended this offer.

Need to grab a quick breakfast before Breakfast Club? Einstein has your back. Einstein opens early and is a great location to find a quick meal and some O.K. coffee. The clean interior and helpful staff made this place a good stop.

Einstein's is a must-visit while at Purdue. Their breakfast sandwiches are delightful and the staff is helpful and friendly.
My favorite sandwich here is the All Nighter!
