The food is good, although quite pricey. Service is sometimes a bit slow. The reason to come here is the patio! One of the best places in Ames to enjoy a drink outside while the sun goes down. It'll get a bit rowdy in the area as bar time nears.
Lots of interesting beers, wine, tea, and coffee to choose from.

Very nice all around. Atmosphere was mix of townies and students. Loved the menu and the drinks. I have one complaint though. Being from outta town, I'd love atleast ONE sign outside saying that you are actually open or that is the correct location. Impossible to tell with the tinted windows. I don't know, maybe it is on purpose to prevent outta towners? Secondly, add a simple restroom sign. I'm glad I found this diamond otherwise. Peace

Great variety, friendly staff, cool furniture and decor. Prices are a little high, but definitely worth it. Do yourself a favor and don't get your coffee to go. Stick around and enjoy the people and art around you. A cozy, and comfy place to hang out with a friend.

My visited started off great. Amazing coffee and I love coming here to do my work. Where it went down hill was when they took out all of their electrical outlets so now I can no longer hook up my computer. No charging sources for any electronic devices what so ever. I guess I have to go to starbucks for now on 😢 Also when I asked for cream for my coffee the young lady became quite bothered and rudely poured a side of cream and pushed in my direction.

This is my favorite coffee house. Not only is the coffee fantastic, but also it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The owner is a great guy. I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone who likes coffee, tea, or food. So that means everyone!

This café is very popular due to it's location in campustown. They have a good selection of coffee (including various single origins) and a small but respectable selection of beer and wine. The atmosphere is warm and the comfy seating in the back of the store is a nice place to study. On that note, there are no available wall outlets which is quite frustrating. I have also in the past had very poorly pulled espresso but I'll chock that up to a new barista at the time. Would go again.

Really nice food (I'm a fan of the crepes!) a #vegetarianfriendly #eatoutsidend drink menu. Good ambiance. The only downside- it's a great place to do work, as its half restaurant half coffee shop, but they intentionally have no outlets to discourage people from staying too long. I think that's a mistake; I've gone to Arcadia down the street (highly recommend as well) over stomping grounds many times because they're work friendly. But yeah, check stomping grounds out for sure! Just bring a charged laptop.

It's pretty good, but not amazing. The food is decent. They really don't seem to want you in there working on your laptop though, which is offputting. Overall nice comfortable feel to the place and pleasant patio (in summer)

First time here. It was airy, open, and inviting. I'd never had a Cuban style sandwich before, and I really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and efficient. I will be back.

Coffee - oh yes! Coffee nearly any way you want.

Some breakfast items as well.
If you like eggs any way you want this is NOT the place.
Hard poached eggs is all you can get. If you do eggs only one way they should be great, or not at all.
5 stars for all their coffee NOT eggs.
