Horizon Line Coffee

Stopped here while traveling from Denver, CO and we were so impressed that we made sure to stop on the way back. Delicious coffee, cute space and friendly staff!

Stopped through on a cross country road trip and loved this place. The coffee is delicious and the staff was so friendly! We loved getting to talk with them a bit and enjoy the beautiful space. The shop is so stylish and cozy. Hope we get to stop in again someday!!

Great shop with a wonderful roasting program , I can safely say it is the best cup of coffee you can get in Iowa if not the Midwest.

Add this place on your radar as the quality of their drinks are outstanding! Of course I have to mention the glass sustainability aspect being the most appealing. I love the staff and how friendly they all are! Kudos to Avery, he complimented what I was wearing and was very nice to talk to! made my day honestly and wish to see him again!

Phenomenal coffee and lattes! The reusable coffee jars is a fantastic idea. The coffee was dark without being burnt, and the lattes had a lot of flavor without being overly sweet. Even the pastries were a good option.

Great coffee shop, staff is super nice. Drinks are solid, and great to see the glass use to be more sustainable.

Absolutely exquisite coffee and lattes! In addition, everything comes in glass containers that you can choose to bring back or keep. They are very eco-friendly. I also dig their seasonal menus and am always so excited to try their fresh syrups and sauces. I come here every time I visit Des Moines and you should too.

A little pricey, but so worth it! Horizon Line is a great atmosphere with great drinks. Definitely the first coffee shop I recommend to friends visiting from out of town. A plus: their pastries are vegan and taste phenomenal!

Yummy iced chai. Fairly welcoming seating area, nice and cool inside. They have re-usable to go cups and don't waste plastic.

They have an amazing cold brew coffee, I’ve gotten it with both their vanilla and brown sugar syrups and the brown sugar was especially incredible. I love how they use mason jars for to-go coffees, it’s both sustainable and feels like you belong to a local coffee community.
