Took my niece here for the first time. She is 10 years old and loved it!! Always great service and great food. Thank you.

Ordered a couple Java Freeze drinks but when we got them they were liquid and watery,not thick like they are supposed to be. It also took a while to get our drinks. We have had good drinks from here before but these were not worth the $12-13 we paid for them.

My son and I grabbed some quick breakfast food and the service was phenomenal! The medium roast coffee is perfect, and the muffins are fantastic! We will be back!

Such a great place to go study, get work done and meet with friends and business associates! Coffee is always delicious aswell!

Worst $20 I’ve spent… EVER. The lady taking our order, “Audrey”, was extremely rude and I felt very rushed. i asked her to hold for a moment while i looked at the menu and she gave me literally 5 seconds before asking what i wanted again. I repeatedly told her one moment and she kept pushing. I don’t know about you but i cannot focus while someone is rushing me to make a decision and having to stop reading to tell them to hold on a second. Disrespectful. If her job is such an inconvenience and so annoying to her, maybe she shouldn’t work there. There were no cars at all beside me and it took them almost 15 minutes to make 2 cold drinks drinks and a cold sandwich which wasn’t sliced at all and missing ingredients. This business has no customer service standards, disrespectful staff, and makes up business hours as they go, the close when they want. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Wish I could give 0 stars! This location just doesn’t live up to its sister locations. Went through the drive though and was rushed even though I was the only person in line, at 5 pm, so it’s not like they were closing soon. After rude costumer service they had the audacity to ask for a tip at the window, I’ve NEVER been asked that at any drive through and I tip often and generously. I barely wanted to pay the price of the the 2 drinks and a sandwich I bought after waiting 15 minutes and a different employee at the window came out every time, so I know they were not short-staffed. Would not recommend this location.

The cashier, Audrey, was rude and pushed us to make a decision as soon as we came to the window even though no one was behind us or in front of us. When we got to the window they asked what percentage of tip we wanted to give and took way too long for our 2 drinks and a panini which they didn’t cut in half, which they always do. The salsa that came with the sandwich did not have a lid and had dripping, loose Saran wrap on top instead that wet the whole bag. Would not recommend this location.

Not the worst $20 ever spent but pretty close. I ordered two ‘Join the Club’ sandwiches to-go, both were missing bacon, one was missing tomato and the croissants were less than spectacular, to say the least. They serve the sandwich cold so it’s easy to spot when the bread isn’t fresh. They did give us a generous amount of chips and honored a coupon that I didn’t bring so that was cool and the drive-thru window lady was nice.

Basic coffee shop. Coffee was ok. Environment was nice for hanging, meeting and working.

Took 4 baristas 20 minutes to make our two drinks with no other customers around. We barely got an apology and saw one of them make a drink for themselves while we were waiting. By the time we got our drinks the barista who gave them to us couldn't even tell us what our drinks were. One was good but the other was terrible and didn't taste like it had coffee in it at all.

We're always had a good experience and great coffee at the MLK location. It's too bad they couldn't replicate it at this location.
