Got an email stating that they were doing free delivery. So I ordered a dozen of their decorated St. Paddy's doughnuts 24 hours in advance as a surprise for my family and construction workers at our home.
Got a text 30 minutes before delivery saying they would be delivered soon. Then got a text 10 minutes prior to delivery that my order had been cancelled or amended & to phone the local shop. When I called in, I was informed that they oversold the St. Paddy's doughnuts and would refund my money my $$. Happy St. Patrick's Day my foot!

They still make good donuts which make for happy customers.

The doughnuts were incredibly old and some were flat and only partially iced. Could have gotten better doughnuts from the bakery at Kroger or Walmart. Came to Krispy Kreme expecting better than grocery store doughnuts and left with worse than grocery store doughnuts. The whole family was disappointed.

Donuts were not fresh at all. Actually stale.

Rude employee look like she's 10, you should not be rude bc you hate your job! Krispy Kreme is Not what they use to be qualitygo e way down! as there pricesgo up. $13.49 for a dozen of donuts is just ridiculous. Loos like I will stick with Dunkin Donuts from now on.

Very nice and prompt staff. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme donuts and jumped on the opportunity to grab some since we don't have any within 300 miles of us. The staff was very lovely and welcomed us quite nicely. The donuts of course were fluffy delicious and sweet. Probably over kill to buy 2 dozen to freeze for later but it was worth it. You never know what you're missing out till you move away and you don't have a Krispy Kreme near you.

I've been to Krispy Kreme more in the last three weeks than in my lifetime - all because of their awesome incentive of one free original glazed donut daily just for showing your vaccination card! The employees at the BG shop are helpful and super friendly. I can only imagine that heaven smells as amazing as this Krispy Kreme - yet another incentive to do the right thing... 😉

Always reliable and a great office treat. The donut holes are the perfect size for the runner to get all the goodies for the rest of the office. The coffee sizes for the office are easy to carry and everything is set up well. Be the office hero and use Krispy Kreme to surprise your team.
