Biggby Coffee

Took my daughter and myself to experience Biggby's for the 1st time. Staff was friendly and courteous! Ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes, thought we would give Starbucks a break for a change. Drinks were put together as pictured but the taste was down right disgusting! Not sure where they get their pumpkin spice from? Taste like Degree deodorant! Regardless if its stirred up or not its down right disgusting! Needless to say both drinks were poured out! Such a disappointment for my daughter and myself! Please check into the pumpkin spice that you utilize! Please do note once again staff was friendly and courteous. Don't waste your money, go to Starbucks!

There was a problem and the owner responded professionally, and I appreciate that. I go here twice a week and really enjoy the coffee.

I've been to this new Biggby's location about a dozen times so far and the service has been great! It's fast and friendly. Even when there's been a long line of cars, I've always gotten my order in just a few minutes. Great job! I'll be back dozens of more times!

Drinks are always good and a decent deal if you use the coupon from your Kroger receipt. Employees are friendly and the line moves at a reasonable pace. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because who designed this location???

There's not really enough room for cars to queue up. Seems like customers don't understand that the entrance into the plaza is not an extension of the drive-thru.
Got cut in line by some Karen today because I decided to get in line without blocking the entrance. Did you guys not expect to have more than 4 cars in line at a time?

Always friendly, smiling faces there and the coffee is delicious! I go there way more than I should but whatcha gonna do? I need my iced, frozen or hot coffee! Sometimes it's better when made by someone else besides myself. 😊

Great coffee, and has a drive-thru! I frequent this location. Have always had a great experience.

I appreciate all the girls that work there! Specifically B, Nicole and Kat!! They are always in a good mood and are so nice! I come here literally every day 6 times a week haha!

This is probably my favorite location. The service is fast and friendly and you are always greeted by a cheerful employee at the window. Great Coffee and wonderful customer service.

FIRST OF ALL THE WAIT IS TERRIBLE !!!!!! And they never acknowledge when u tip uggg !!! Never again !!

I'm giving the coffee 3 stars. The service a negative 2 so it should be 1 star... BUT the COFFEE! Anywho... I ordered a medium decaf Xtra cream, Xtra sugar. On the side. First attempt was a iced french vanilla. FAIL! Second attempt was iced black cream and sugar on the side. FAIL! Third attempt was a medium decaf. A WIN! NO! No cream. No sugar. FAIL! But I let it ride because I had some at the house. But the COFFEE!!! MMMMMMMMHHHHHH
