CC's Coffee House

I visit this location no less than twice a week. I visited this morning and there was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside and it was busy as well but the service I received from the cashier and the barista was so nice that I wanted to share my experience! I will continue to be a loyal customer!!

First time at this location. I asked what regular coffee they had available And she replied with, dark roast, etc. I asked where the beans came from and she looked confused. I asked if anyone knew and none knew. She went to ask Manager and would be able to tell me by reading description of coffee from the bag. I worked at the first CC's in Lafayette. We were trained to know the description of all the coffees. Being knowledgeable of your product is key to customer satisfaction. Won't be going back.

Just went through and ordered white mochas. They did not put any white mocha in the coffees. Went back through and asked if they could add it in our coffee and they said they would remake them. Instead of just making them like they were supposed to they decided to put so much white mocha it was undrinkable.

I am a college student who comes to this location regularly for a quiet place to study and delicious coffee. As soon as I walk in, one of the friendly staff members politely welcomes me and says my usual order out loud. This is the best CCs location around here and I highly recommend them. They also offer student discounts which are SO helpful. In all, the best part about this place has to be the staff!

Service is extremely slow. I’d been in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes and when I got my coffee, the same one I get everyday, it tasted just like milk. Very dissatisfied with this location. Do not come here if you’re in a rush.

You can watch them put 13s in your iced latte and then lie to your face about it. Then do it again the next day. I'm looking forward to the other coffee shop opening in town.

CC's coffee house is the place to go for all of your coffee stops the customer service is on point and the coffee is phenomenal. I ordered a Turtle Mochasippi and it was beyond amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who likes chocolate and caramel...

The girl working the drive-thru ignored us for about 5 minutes while chatting with her coworkers with her back turned to us. Then, she issued incorrect change. The total was $3.04 and I gave her $5.05. I recieved a $1 bill and 96 cents. Finally, my tall cafe au lait was not made properly. It was lukewarm, weak, and had no milk or sugar. It was a very disappointing experience. I think I will be taking my chances with the coffee at the nearby gas stations and Burger King instead.

Slowest / worst CC's in town - waited almost a half hour for coffee, and still didn't get the coffee! Was running late after waiting on cc so had to get a refund and leave. I've tried to give this CCs a chance I really have, and I use ALL of the other CCs in town without issue. But whoever trained or set up this location messed up big time. They can't take a order, I was there almost a half hour and they turned out 2 cups of coffee the entire time. Do not go there if you need anything timely.

Grabbed some coffees here on the way out of town. Pretty good coffee but slow service.
