The Well Coffee House

The Well Coffee House did not disappoint. It is difficult, from our experience, to find a coffeehouse in Boston with a good mocha and plenty of seating. We like to sit and enjoy our coffee while we relax and talk. The guy who took our order was super friendly. The mocha was good and the macaroons were over the top amazing. All their tips go to support charities. Great place!

Well the place is in a pretty good location, Downtown Boston, and the decor is good. I could have given a better review if the staff was paying attention to what the customers order. I’ve asked for a no sugar drink, and I asked them about the frozen latte. They suggested that if I go with the unflavored option then there is no sugar. When I tried the drink it was super sweet and I asked if it contains sugar. And the answer was that it has a decent amount of sugar in the mixture they use. I have asked for a new drink and instead of providing this for free, as most places would do if they make a mistake, they charged me for the replacement. Such a frustrating experience!

The coffee was delicious and hit the spot on a semi warm day (yesterday), on our freedom trail walk. It was pricey like Starbucks (which I don't really care for, Starbucks that is) but the employees were pleasant, cafe was super clean, and the bathrooms were well maintained for the steady flow of customers.
I highly recommend this establishment not only for the coffee and service, I also recommend this cafe for it sit in friendly environment. I will return for more delicious fare.

My wife and I were in town and we’re looking for a chill place to grab a cup of coffee. We came across The Well Coffee House and we were so happy with the whole experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the volunteers were super friendly, the lattes we had were perfect. Not to mention with all that they’re a non profit giving back to amazing causes, WOW, so glad we went here.

Great staff, and lots of fun drinks to try. The vanilla nut latte is my favorite.

Love love this place. Friendly staff. Our white mocha was delicious. Clean restaurant and awesome atmosphere. If I was a local I would come here all the time. Keep it up.

We just went for an expresso bit there you can find different coffee drinks: hot and cool. It's a cosy place ideal to rest a little bit after a walk while listening relaxing music.

Great location and drinks! I had a lemon scone which was delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting! I'll definitely be back
