BIGGBY COFFEE

Drive thru sign is broken. Drive thru window works but is severely cracked and damaged. Service was great. Got my usual red bull creme freeze and bragel. Both made amazingly well. Sometimes when I order a creme freeze reduced calorie it's too thick to drink right away, happy to say that was not the case here. Perfect consistency. Bagel itself was well done but I don't mind the crunch.

Coffee isn’t bad but I waited in the drive through line for 25 minutes this morning and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window two different people finished the transaction and neither of them apologized for the wait or even asked me how my morning was (which is probably for the best because now I’m running late for work so not off to a great start). I get Starbucks 5 days a week and the only reason I came to this one is because there’s construction by Starbucks so I didnt want to wait in traffic. Traffic would of taken less time then this place. It’s sad because it’s 5 minutes away from my job and I won’t be back!

Love Biggby Coffee because their Coffee is outstanding and their staff is very efficient and friendly. I refuse to go to Starbucks because of their woke politics.

Both cashier's seemed to know nothing. Held my card for over 10 minutes, ran it twice. Then gave me a 10+ minutes old melted smoothie. Stick to tropical cafe smoothie. Way more taste and bang for the buck

This particular location was severely understaffed. I felt bad for the cute girl at the drive-thru who took our order and kept apologizing for the long wait. The drinks were delicious though

As a former barista, this biggby exceeds my expectations everytime. It is always a pleasurable visit. The staff is kind and curious. I am so happy to live so close to this coffee location. Thank you for always being a store I can count on for awesome customer service and exceptional drinks. You really help me tackle this momming thing.

We love Biggby. The baristas at this location are very friendly. Most of the staff is young & vibrant. It's a good environment for them to learn how to make drinks. It's in a convenient location when coming back from shopping. I don't drink coffee so I'm thankful to have a tea latte place so close to where I get groceries :)

AMAZING as always! The service here is phenomenal! I always get a black bear with an extra shot. Crazy delicious. The Turkey havarty everything bagel is amazing as well! Service is always FAST with a smile and conversation. Food and coffee is better than any other coffee shop in Michigan!!! I wish Biggby was in all states.

The barista was nice, and didn't make my coffee too sweet. And they have a vegan Beagle that's actually pretty good
